(David's POV)
I stared at the girl sitting in front of me as she tried to read a book and Tammy attempted to start a conversation. I pushed my foot in between her legs and smiled when she looked up to stare at me. She pushed her glasses up her nose and closed the book, sighing and sitting up straight, giving her attention to Tammy who then launched into a new plan to sabotage Patrick before he graduates. Annette nodded and waited for her friend to ask for her opinion, quickly being the voice of reason and reminding her she could get suspended. I watched as the small female in front of me spoke wisdom to her blond peer.
"David? Can you please move your foot?" Annette blushed and asked quietly, trying not to draw to much attention to herself.
I realized that I had started brushing my foot against her inner thigh, blushing as I pulled it back and kept it a respective distance from her. She smiled at me sweetly and sat back, pulling her legs up onto her chair and under her. She relaxed into her seat and took her phone out.
(My Annette) Enjoying the view?
I glanced up at her unsuspecting form and quickly typed a reply, hitting send before thinking it through. I breathed in deeply and felt my palms begin to sweat as she checked her phone.
(Me) My parents are out of town for a few days, so I was wondering if you want to come over?
She smiled and looked up at me, nodding quickly and putting a leg down to brush it against mine.
(My Annette) I'd love to.
I smiled widely at the response and established a time for her to show up. She agreed to everything and grabbed her stuff as the bell rang, taking the short way today and leaving me halfway through the walk back.

(Annette's POV)
What have I gotten myself into? I have absolutely no experience in anything, I haven't even told David that he was my first kiss. I shook my head to try to clear my thoughts and looked back up at the Latin teacher, ignoring Shawn's attempts to get my attention. He tickled my side and I grabbed his finger, bending it backward and watching him squirm to get it away.
"Is there a reason you keep touching me?"
"I just wanted to warn you about David. He's not someone you should get mixed up with. He's going to hurt you."
I rolled my eyes and let go of his finger, "Stay out of other people's business."
As he opened his mouth to say more the bell rang and I jumped out of my seat, grabbing Tammy's arm and pulling her quickly out of the classroom. She pulled her arm out of my grasp and glared at me, "You're getting stronger, Annie."
I laughed at her words and she glared harder, sighing after a while and looking down, "What did Shawn say to you?"
I rolled my eyes, "He was warning me against talking to David."
She rolled her eyes and we walked down the hall in silence, saying goodbye as I slipped into my class and took my seat.

(David's POV)
I stepped off the bus I so rarely rode and almost sprinted home, running inside and trying to clean as much as possible before Annette gets here. I threw as much as I could into the closet in the hall and took a deep breath just as the bell rang. I opened the door to see a windswept Annette standing on my doorstep, bundled in a thick coat and matching black gloves and hat. She smiled at me and I ushered her in quickly, helping her take her coat off. I tapped her red nose, making her giggle, and pulled her into the kitchen, setting a pot on the stove. She looked around and sat on the counter, watching me cook.
"You have a really nice house, David. Why are your parents out of town? If you don't mind me asking." she said, looking around.
I smiled at her and took out two mugs, "They're on a business trip." I poured hot chocolate out of the pot and smiled as she inhaled deeply, smelling the chocolate.
"That smells really good."
I laughed and handed her a mug, "It tastes even better. Be careful though, it's hot."
She blew softly on the liquid and took a sip, her eyes lighting up as the sweet fluid runs down her throat. I kissed her gently and let her finish, watching the color in her skin return and her hands stop shaking from the cold she had endured. As soon as she took the last sip I grabbed the mug and pressed my lips to hers, standing in between her legs. She pulled back and looked down, pushing her hand against my chest softly.
"Can we take this slow, please? I don't have any experience in any of this, I mean you were my first kiss for god sake."
She laughed to herself and my eyes widened, "I was your first kiss? I thought you had already been kissed before."
She shook her head and kept her eyes down, trying not to meet mine. I put a finger under her chin and made her look at me, "Why didn't you tell me I was your first kiss? I would've been much more gentle."
I gazed into her brown eyes and she crumbled in front of me, "I thought you wouldn't want to deal with a girl who has no experience. Shawn sure didn't."
A tear slipped from her eye and I kissed it away, "Don't talk about him, Annette. Just the idea that he hurt you makes me want to kill him. I love you, little lady. I'm not leaving you."
I gathered her in my arms and carried her to the couch, letting her snuggle into my chest and regain her composure, "I love you too, David."
She dozed off as soon as the words left her mouth, her lips soft against mine as I kissed her softly and cradled her in my arms, not wanting to let go.
