-Lesley?" The voice said, and his named popped into my head.

-it's cool," I chuckled

-well, uh I just wanted to apologize." he said.

-what for? If it's about the hot tub, don't sweat it. You did nothing wrong. I mean if I was going home and saw that going on I'd probably think the same thing." I smiled.

-oh, okay. but still just incase, sorry, it was none of my business." he said.

-it's no problem. I should of thought twice, that kiss will haunt me forever, Jesus will use it against me for many things now." I said

-why exactly did you guys kiss again?.. I mean If you don't mind me asking" he said rather fast at the end.

- well, at the party he dragged me outside. I sat on the porch edge as soon as we got there and I'm just like what's up bro. and he's like I need to tell you something and he got really close to me. so he basically said he's liked me since we met in freshmen year and that he fell in love with me and that he wants to be with me, but he also said that if I didn't feel the same that he understands completely and that our relationship can stay how it was." I said realizing I'm feeling way to comfortable talking to him.

-what happened?" He asked.

-your so easy to talk to." I said.

-thank you, the key is to just listen." he chuckled through the phone.

-oh well your very good at it... So uh, I said I loved him too just not that way, I love him like a brother, you know?" I said.

-yeah I get it," he replied

-well, he got all sad and I felt bad because I know it took him a lot to tell me that, so I said I'm going to do something for you, it doesn't change how I feel at all, okay so don't get excited. and then I just leaned in and gave him a kiss, it was longer than I expected." I finished.

-yeah, I got to the front and I saw you guys. I drove my car in and you guys were still at it. I got out and walked to my door and still. I opened my door to walk in and this time you guys were on the bench. I said let me get in here before things get uncensored." he joked.

-haha, but no,when he picked me up and sat I was like whoa this boy is getting to comfortable. so I stopped and he said sorry, and thank you, you know most girls now-a-days wouldn't have acted like that." I said.

-yeah, I bet they wouldn't." he said.

-yeah, so um how was your day?" I asked trying to keep the conversation going.

- it was good, it suddenly got better. and yours?" He said.

-awe, did I make your day better?" I teased. "mine was good, it suddenly got better too."

That's when it started, we started talking and texting more. We might have spent a couple more minutes then we had to in the gym, he's super cool, a very sweet guy, he listens, he's a goofball, he's into sports, he loves music and all types of foods, we like the same movies and were interested in many of the same things, although we keep what we do lowkey.
