Kaido grunted as he began to get back up while Big Mom yelled at Luffy.
Big Mom: You miserable little brat! You're still going on about the Pirate King?!
Kaido: <thinking> His punch damaged me...?
Luffy didn't reply. He just stared at Kaido. The other pirates got ready for the impending fight.
Zoro: Was that the Haki he learned from the old man in Wano?
Kid: What was that Haki just now? You can hurt Kaido with physical blows?!
(Y/N): It's an advanced form of Armament Haki.
Killer: Fwafwafwa! Then we have a chance of winning!
Law: <gritting his teeth> Let me just say one thing...
Big Mom continued screaming at Luffy.
Big Mom: Do you have any idea what it means to be the King of the Pirates?!
Kaido glared at Luffy, blood leaking from his mouth.
Kaido: <thinking> What happened after I destroyed him in Kuri? There are only a scant few capable of fighting me! How high will your ceiling go?!
Above Luffy, he imagined the forms of Gol D. Roger, Whitebeard, Shanks, Kozuki Oden, and Rocks D. Xebec grinning at him.
Kaido: <grinning> Straw Hat...
He suddenly sprang up and charged forward, swinging his kanabo.
Kaido: Thunder Bagua!!!
Luffy grunted in surprise and tried to dodge, but he managed to get hit, albeit only slightly. He rolled away from the Emperor.
Luffy: Dang it! I was reading the future and everything! It's so fast!
Kaido: Very good, boy. You won't let the same one hit you head-on twice!
Just then, Big Mom was attacking Luffy, raising Prometheus over him.
Big Mom: Heavenly Fire!!!
Zoro came running by. He drew his sword and sliced Prometheus in two before he could hit Luffy.
Zoro: Foxfire Style: Flamerend!!!
Prometheus: AAAAGH!!!
Luffy: Whoa! That's Kin'emon's technique!
Zoro: <chuckles> I stole it.
Big Mom: Prometheus!
The Homie moved past Luffy and began to reattach himself together. Big Mom growled and grabbed at Zoro and Luffy.
(Y/N) leapt into the air, surrounding his body in stormy wind. He did a somersault and slammed his leg onto Big Mom's face.
(Y/N): Thunderclap Kick!!!
As he did so, a loud clap of thunder echoed through the rooftop, causing Big Mom to grunt and recoil back.
Luffy: Thanks, (Y/N)!
But there was no time to rest as Kaido was already swinging at Luffy once more.
Zoro: Don't lose focus for a single instant, Luffy! These are two Emperors of the Sea!
