DANCING QUEEN AND THE BEAST

Why?

                                                                       CHAPTER THREE

      Standing beside my mother outside of the Landon's front door I yanked my short dress down yet again while cursing myself for allowing my mother to choose for me.

  My mother gave my hand a gentle smack when I went to tug on it yet again in the hope of keeping it in place "leave it honey it looks good & you have the kind of legs to pull of such a short dress" I groaned shaking my head "mum we are having dinner with the Landon's so why the hell did you pick this dress for me to wear?"

   She patted my shoulder whispering as the door started opening "you need every advantage you can get honey to get what you want in life or it will just pass you by" I shook my head, my mother sure was screwy sometimes.

   The maid that opened the door showed us to the lounge where the Landon's sat waiting for us to arrive.

    As the maid announced us they all got to their feet smiling at us but it was the look Blaze gave me as his eyes travelled the whole length of my body that had me blushing redder then a tomato.

    His mother pulled me into her motherly arms kissing both my cheeks "Cara darling it is so nice to see you, we have missed your beautiful face around here" I shrugged before gently untangling her & stepping back "sorry but since I am no longer friends with your son there really wasn't any point in me coming around anymore."

   Bethany Landon glanced at her younger son shaking her head sadly "my son Cara is lost without you" I gave a harsh laugh while glancing at Blaze "lost without me Beth? Somehow with my cousin & all the other girls he has wrapped around his fingers I do not think he is lost without me."

  She gave a sad sigh then moved to greet my mother, one of her best friends even after my mother lost all her money they didn't stop being friends.

  Blaze's dad gave me a hug while kissing my cheek, telling me how beautiful i looked before I was pulled into Dylan's arms, he gave me a cheeky grin "honey I said that I would feed Blaze to stop him from bitting you but with you dressed like that he is slavering from the mouth looking like we haven't fed him in years" I groaned giving his arm a gentle punch "that is not funny Dill, I made the mistake of telling my mum that I didn't care what I wore so she made me wear this."

  Dylan luaghed hugging me tighter before releasing me to go & join our parents then I was there standing in front of Blaze while his eyes travelled over my body in a way that did all most look hungry "damn Cara you look good in that little black number" I shook my head glaring up at him while once again pulling the dress down in the hopes that it would cover more then just barely my ass.

  Blaze stepped closer following my hand as I ran it down my thigh trying to smooth out the dress.

     Feeling confused & with my heart feeling like it was going to come out of my chest with its loud banging I looked towards our parents "sorry I have to use the bathroom" Bethany looked up from talking to mum giving me a smile "of course honey you know where they all are & please don't rush as dinner is going to be a little while longer yet" I nodded then ran from the room running up the big staircase.

  After leaving the bathroom I started to make my way back downstairs until Blaze stepped out of his room & grabbed me by the wrist pulling me back into the room with him.

  He shut the door then pushed me up against it, his hands grabbed the end of my dress & slowly started pushing it further up my thighs, I stared at him in shock not really understanding what was going on.
