Making A Bet

                                                                        CHAPTER FIVE

      Sitting at the breakfast table with Dylan the next morning while the maid Maggie served us I kept my head down so that they wouldn't see my red swollen eyes.

    Tinkling laughter that sounded like breaking glass haled Blaze & Tina's entrance into the kitchen.

    Dylan looked up from some notes he was going through & gave his brother a hard look "Blaze what the hell did mum & dad tell you about having her here?"

    Blaze looked from his brother to me with a smirk playing across his lips "they said not to while they were around but guess what they are gone for two whole months so while the cats away & all that."

    Dylan shook his head giving me a tight smile "you will have to forgive my little brother Cara he only seems capable of thinking with his dick lately" I nodded then went back to staring at my untouched breakfast.

     an annoying voice interupted the silence making me cringe from the horrible sound "so Cara, Blaze was telling me how you are competing against him this weekend so I hope that you are ready to be embarrassed."

    Looking up to lock eyes with my hateful cousin I gave her a cold smile "Tina the only embarrassment I have to worry about is that everyone will realize a slut like you is my cousin."

    Dylan chocked on his coffee as he laughed at my harsh words while Blaze just sat there staring at me until I grew uncomfortable & growled "stop staring at me you creep" he smiled leaning across the table towards me "I was just wondering what you would give me if we had a little bet about the out come of the dance off this weekend?" I shook my head crossing my arms "I am not making a bet with you Landon so there is no need for me to give you anything."

   His smile grew & sent shivers of terror run & up & down my spine "scared to make a bet with me Cara in case I win?" I got to my feet glaring down at him "no asshole I just don't want to play your childish games."

   Blaze tipped his chair back crossing his arms while smirking up at me "tell you what Cara if I win the dance off this Saturday I get you for whatever I want you for, for two whole days but if you win you can have anything you want."

   staring down at him thoughtfully I found myself starting to smile "anything that i want?" He gave a nod while looking a little nervous at my smile "good then you have yourself a bet & if i win the only thing i want is for you to leave me alone & keep your hands to yourself."

   Dylan watched us make our bet with a small smile on his face while Tina looked extremely angry.

    Blaze took my hand to shake it but at the last minute pulled it to his lips while smirking up at me "when I win on Saturday I will tell you what i want for two whole days just remember that there is not getting out of it no matter what i ask of you."

  Feeling sick I gave a tight nod then headed towards the door to go & get ready for school but paused in the doorway just long enough to say over my shoulder "then i will just pray that you break your leg & are unable to perform."

   His soft chuckles followed me as i hurried upstairs to grab my things so I could escape not that it was much of an escape with him at the same school with me.

   Josh, Raven & the crew were waiting for me when I arrived at school, I gestured for them to follow me towards the side of the school so I could fill them in with the bet I made with Blaze, I had a feeling they were going to be angry with me & I was right, they all started to yell but the hardest thing to see was Josh's disappointed look that he gave me, I knew that he was scared for me but I planned on never losing my heart to Blaze Landon again so he had nothing to worry about.
