Chapter 6

Revealed But Not Truly

A month and three weeks has passed since Andrew and my unlawful acts in the cabin. A half month since I found Kaden. I've decided to be with him. He is, after all, my true mate. I've gained 10.5 lbs since this whole thing started.

Today, I'm telling the pack, about my mate (the true one of course) and about my babies. I look fat but no one seems to notice, thank god.

The meeting is at 4. And it is 3:45. I'm very afraid. Everyone will know, no more secrets. It'll be better if everyone knew, however. The more people know, the more protection for my pups. I'm sure my pack members will die to protect them. But there has to be a balance. I have to be prepared to die to protect them.

"Autumn, are you ready?"Lily asks. She looks at me, holding out a hand. I take it. She guides me towards the living room.

"Yeah." I open my door and take a deep breath. Here goes... well, my life. I walk down the stairs. About 700 people stood in my living room. I get nervous. Alex walked up and grabbed my hand.

'It's gonna be okay. Announce the mate first. Then the pups.' She says through the blood link. I nod in response. I stand in the center of the room, members of my pack stand in every crook of the room. Perhaps it's time for a little remodeling. Alex stands on my right side.

"I am the one who called together this meeting."Everyone gasped. All they heard was that there was a meeting. Not who called it. "This is my first meeting." Everyone congratulated me. The first meeting of a future alpha is pretty special in my pack. I hushed them. "So I'm sure some of you have heard. Though I wish to comfirm the rumors. I have found... My mate." Kaden makes his move to stand by my side. We kiss lightly and the pack goes crazy. My sister comes up to hug me. I look over her shoulder, seeing Andrews look of betrayal.

"Congrats sis."She smiles. I pulled her back and she frowned. I smiled and her smile returns.

'This party isn't over yet. In fact it's about to be in a minute.' I frowned as she looks confused. My words have a huge effect on her, I've never noticed before today.

"I...I'm also...Well you see...I'm having...You see..."It was hard to say. I looked down. Perhaps it's easier to show everyone. I place my hand over my stomach and rub it endearingly before looking over to her mom. I see the love in her eyes and I can't dare to tear away that happiness.

'I can.' Kaden says placing his arm around my waist.

"We're having a baby. Three, in fact." Kaden's voice booms.

There was a silence. Then cheering and muttering. I looked up. Straight into Andrews eyes. I saw hurt and anger while the pack goes crazy.

'I... How??? Why???' Andrew sent to my mind.

'I'm sorry.' I said in response.

He shakes his head and runs away. My parents and Aiden came up. They had excited and dissapointed looks in their eyes.

"We're happy and dissapointed. Happy you found your mate but dissapointed that you're so young and already carrying pups. Can you take care of them?" My father asks. I nod happily. Of course. I'll get a job.

Then we have a group hug. My small family. Well, huge actually because we have over 700 members. Mom must've heard my thoughts cause she laughed. We were one BIG happy family again.

After a few moments, the rest of the pack joins in on the hug. I slip away to find Andrew. It takes awhile, even then I don't find him... he finds me.

"Autumn,"He calls out. I turn around and look down. It doesn't help at all. He can see through me, he always has.

"I'm sorry." I tell him turning away.

Sorry guys, a day late. Been trying to update every Sunday. Sorry again. Will update twice today since I forgot.

Also Wattpad has deleted all of my summaries of the stories I made. Which sucks because I was crap at them in the first place.
