"Rachel!" my best friend Megan shouted, as we sprinted through the pouring rain, towards the shopping mall. We had travelled to Sydney, Australia for a week in hope of meeting our favourite band, 5 seconds of summer who were at home taking a break from touring.
"I'm coming!" we finally entered the mall, dripping wet and freezing cold. We had arrived the day before, and still had had no luck with the boys. Today we were taking a break from 6ft tall idiot hunting and were going to enjoy our time here and go shopping. I'd never been this far away from home before, coming the whole way from Ireland. I shivered.
"We need a Starbucks" Megan stated, greeted by an enthusiastic nod from me. We quickly walked towards Starbucks, when Megan stopped still in her tracks, making me crash straight into her.
"wha- Megan are you ok?" she was staring right at one spot across the mall. I followed her gaze and almost collapsed. There, in front of Superdrug, were two people that made me who I was today. Two people that literally saved my life when I was going through my hardest times.
