THE MOUNTAINS

Eight hours later the coach arrived at a Premier Inn near the Holyrood mountain park, which he manage to book on his journey up. Grabbing his bag he left the coach and went to check in. Inside the inn Keo made his way the receptionist to check in and get his key. Getting his key Keo asked the receptionist, "Is their a laundrette nearby?" The receptionist answered in her Scottish accent, "Yeah we have a in house self service laundrette. It's just over there." as she pointed to a small side building. Keo said, "Thanks." And headed over to it as he walked he pass a women in her twenties, she had long blonde hair in a ponytail, bright blue eyes she was wearing a pair of jeans fury brown boots and a red top with a matching neck scarf, see catch his eye he couldn't help looking back, as he was looking back Keo tripped into a waitress who was carrying empty glasses, they smashed and Keo apologies, the well dressed women laughed as she carried on her way. The women walked over to a bald man sitting at a table, she joint him and asked in her posh manner, "So Terry any news about our contract we hired?" Terry answered, "No madam, I watched him board the old man's tug, but did not see him come off, the police came and I thought I best leave. So I believes his been killed or busted - Sorry to say." Replying angrily, "That was a waste of my money, that's coming out you wages. You disappoint me. I thought he was the best." Terry quickly said, "He was, I guess he lost to an old man. I can't foresee the further." Madam still wasn't happy where she said, "Where's are my bodyguards, did you manage to get what I asked for?" Terry said, "Well I managed to hire five, the others where on jobs aboard." Madam said, "Why the hell do I continue to employ you, you seem to keep failing me. I haven't got time for failures." Terry said, "We have five, I haven't completely failed you. I'm sorry madam." Madam sighed and left the table, turning to say, "Last chance Terry." Terry nodded and drunk the rest of his beer and also left the table.

Next morning Keo started to make conversation with an a guy in his late forties he asked, "Have you been up to Holyrood mountain park?" The man looked over from the next table, "Yeah I've been a couple of times is magical. Did you know it was a volcano?" Keo replied, "No sir didn't, was it active?" The man said, "It was many moons again, people believed it was a dragon's breath that kept it active. Myself I don't believe in that, but if you ask other people they might." Finishing his full english breakfast he said, "Oh OK, I might ask around thanks. It was nice chatting to you." The man nodded and Keo left the table. Making his way to left the inn he passed madam who was on the phone he heard her say, "No I don't have the dagger!" Keo paused in his steps as he quickly dived around the corner to double back, to see if he could hear more of her conversation. Creeping alone the wall to the end where madam was standing and still talking on the phone she said in annoyed tone, "I will find them. Good bye!" She quickly hung up. Keo started to walk away from the wall where he pass Terry, who bumped into him and said quickly, "Sorry sir." Terry then carried on walking pass without looking back. Outside with Keo who was looking around for a shoe shop. Spotting one just up the road he made his way to towards it to get some hiking boots. Back inside Terry said to madam, "I have four guards up at holyrood park, looking for clues. Your fifth bodyguard is nearby, keeping an eye on you OK. Oh yeah I have some news for you if your interested." Madam said, "News you say, what news?" Terry paused on his reply before he said, "The keys are here, I'm sure of it!" Madam answered sternly, "I'm not in the mood for riddles, Explain yourself to me now." Terry answered scarcely, "No! This is my trump card. I've gotta research into mater." Madam pushed Terry back and said angrily, "You best watch yourself from here on out." As she walked away and headed towards her bodyguard who was leaning up against the bar. Terry watch her go towards the bar as he headed outside in a nervous manner where he jumped on the local bus to the Holyrood park, he made his way to the back of the bus. Back inside madam said to her bodyguard, "Follow him, find out what his knows then... You know what to do after that. Then report back to me with your findings." The bodyguard nodded and said, "Ok madam." After that they both with different ways.
