Chapter 1:
"Please, no don't!" I scream, as she lifts the gun from the table. I am chained to the wall, my clothes tattered, and my hair ratted, with dried blood making it stick up in an awkward way. My best friend Maddy hung next to me on my right, unconscious, and next to her, Emilio. Riley and Jake hung next to me on my left, and Hayley was next to them. All of my friends... trapped. And it's all my fault.... why oh why, did i have to drag them into this. They don't deserve to die.
As she takes the gun in her hand she says ever so quietly "Which one is first, Ari? How about your bestie Maddy, or how about Hayley? Maybe Jake or Emilio? Or Riley? Then she points it at me. Suddenly, a bang, as the trigger was pulled.

It all started when we went to Chicago together. I had gotten tickets to see One Direction, so me, Maddy, and Hayley were going there. The boys heard that Macklemoore was going to be in concert as well, so they tagged along with us. "Come on guys, were gonna be late!!! The bus is already here!!!" Hayley yelled.
"Come on come on!" Jake yelled behind her. Maddy and Emilio ran up behind, laughing at some inappropriate joke Maddy had just told; while Riley and I dragged all the bags with us as we pulled up the back.
"Well that sucked," he said as he threw the bags under the coach bus, with a sigh.
"Tell me about it," I mentioned, as I did the same. "Well we better go see what seats they have saved for us."
"Ya, okay." We walked up the steps, showed the driver our tickets, and quickly found the others in the very back of the bus. "Oh great," he said, with a smirk on his face. I knew what he meant almost immediately after he said it.
They had gotten the back row of the bus, with exactly 6 seats. From left to right I saw Hayley then Jake, two empty seats, and Maddy and Emilio. "Well this should be fun," I said sarcastically as I turned and gave Riley a smile. We then walked to the back; me sitting by Maddy, and him sitting by Jake. "This is going to be a long trip," I whispered under my breath.
