The wind whistled through my hair as I flew down the long highway, only a few miles away from my destination. My brother died about a year ago, or rather, got killed. And since then I had been living away from my family and friends, trying to get a grip on life without him.

Me and Greyson were like two peas in a pod. Always together, always there for eachother. By now I had accepted that he wouldn't be around. And I was going back to my hometown, back to Mystic Falls. I wasn't sure what greeting I would get, seeing as I had been away so long. But I just hoped that the cold hearted bitch that killed my brother wouldn't show her face. I'm not sure whether I could control my anger.

Peering to the left , I could see that sign I had been waiting for. 'WELCOME TO MYSTIC FALLS'

I grinned, realising just how much I had missed the place.
