The Mikaelson family were still having a tough time. Half of them were moving away, and Elijah had lost his closest brother.

Klaus may have daggered them for hundreds of years, but they were still family.

I woke up the next morning to find it was a school day. I might attempt schoolwork again. It was better than laying around and feeling sorry for everyone all day.

I texted Elijah, encouraging him to join me, but I knew my words would have no effect. He was way too smart already. It pissed me off how he constantly corrected me all the time. But I loved him for it.

When I skipped out of my room to go fetch a bloodbag for the day ahead, I noticed that the house was all cleaned up. Huh. The Salvatores had obviously sorted out their issues.

After I had gotten all ready, dressed, fed, bag packed, I screamed out to the brothers.

"I'M GOING TO SCHOOL NOW. BETTER NOT BE LATE FOR CLASS, DICKHEADS."

I then slammed the door, and jumped into my car. I could hear Damon groan and curse under his breath. They would both want to make sure Eleana didn't attack anyone today.

This would be interesting.

I was halfway through history, when I realised just how much I missed Mr Saltzman. It was so different without him. He brung fun to the class, made people want to learn.

Mr. Hopper however, was a 60 year old man, obviously entirely bored of his job, and couldn't wait to retire.

I looked around the class, then rolled my eyes at Matt and laughed because I knew we were both sick of the teacher's droning voice.

If Klaus was here, he would compell him to stop. I knew he would. Everyone would laugh, but at the same time be scared of the lunatic hybrid. I actually really missed him.

I twiddled my pen through my fingers, then threw it up , and caught it. I did this again and again, trying to see how many circles the pen could do before it reached my hand.

But one time, I threw it a little two vigorously, and it flew up, bounced across the room, hitting the teacher in the forehead.

If I didn't have vampire strength, this wouldn't have been as bad. But my force made this double as hard, and I smirked as the teacher struggled not to yelp out in pain. He just turned back to me, gritting his teeth.

"Principal's office. Now."

I shrugged, and stood up from my desk half-heartedly. Stefan shook his head at me with a grin, and I just poked my tongue out at him before skipping out of the door. It's not like I hadn't been in this position a trillion times before.

Elijah's POV:

The day had been so boring, and it was only 11.30. I missed my brother, and his fun ways. At least his crazy plans never made anything boring. And now Kol was gone too.

I sighed and leaned back on the couch, flicking through a book. I suddenly threw it down, and stood up. Whatever. I'll just go and visit Abby.

She was probably still sleeping now, knowing her, so I wanted to give her fright. She was so cute when she was mad.

Before I knew it, I was strolling down the Salvatore's street, in the harsh sunlight, and it felt good on my neck. I reached the front door, but then too avoid awkward meetings with the brothers, zipped straight up to Abby's balcony.

I had to admit, they had a pretty flash house. All balconies, staircases, large rooms. Her room was one of the smallest. I think that's why she chose it though, so I liked it.
