Nightmare's POV

"Hey Steve. What's up?" I said sitting next to Steve on a log in the meadow just out of the village.

"Not much. I thought I'd visit her again soon. Alex." He replied simply. I felt so guilty about Alex. She had died in the war, alongside Pixel. The war I'd started. But at least it was over now. Steve had been visiting her grave a lot. Also feeling guilty about her death.

"Oh. I'll come too if you want." I said comfortingly.

"Ok. Well let's go." He said and stood up. I did too.

We started walking through the meadow chatting quietly about stuff, until we reached the beautiful oak tree with lilacs in a circle around it. Then a sign on it's trunk. It read: RIP Alex.

"I still can't believe she's gone, ya know? Even though we were only half sisters, I had been with her all my life." He said softly as a single tear dropped to the ground.

"I know." I said sadly. We continued to converse small chat for awhile before deciding to head back to the village. When we got there I wasn't surprised to see Red with fire coming from her hands and looking angrily at a young villager.

"Grrrrrrr." She said and pinned him to the side of a house. I quickly rushed over and tapped her shoulder.

"What happened this time?" I asked as if I was bored of this (which I was).

"He ate my cake!" She replied even angrier.

"Calm down! We can get you another cake! Now what do you have to say for yourself Matt?" I asked the villager.

"Sorry. Here, have my cake." He said and offered Red a small piece of half eaten cake. Red refused it and walked away.

"It's just so annoying! That's the third time this week!" She said grudgingly and went away.

I suddenly realised Steve wasn't with me, and went off to look for him. It took awhile but I eventually found him inside a nearby forest, punching wood? Why would he punch wood? It hurts and we already had plenty. He also seemed a bit, robotic. And stiff. And his face was emotionless. This worried me and I moved closer to him, making sure he couldn't see me. I saw a zombie move towards him, and he, punched it. Over and over again until it died. He still showed no emotions. Then suddenly light formed around him and he went back to normal, panting furiously.

"Steve! What the Nether just happened!?!" I yelled running over to him.

"I-I don't know! I went for a walk and then my body was just, taken over! I swear I couldn't control what I was doing!" He said still panting.

"I believe you. You didn't look like yourself, you were more, robotic. Stiff. Emotionless." I said with deep concern.

What the Nether had just happened!?!
