Nightmare's POV
I stood up and stretched my arms. Jelly was still sleeping silently on the floor, and I had just woken up from a short nap. I looked up at the greyish sky and it seemed to be around 3pm by now.
Should I wake Jelly when I go to see the boy? Hmmm. She could shrink into my pocket, but would it be safe? Eh, she'd follow me either way, I might as well help her.
I looked down at her sleeping peacefully and knelt down to her. I gently moved her a bit with my hand, causing her to sleepily yawn and open her eyes.
"Hey girl. We've gotta go, shrink and go into my pocket, k?" I said softly and she nodded. She shrunk down to the size she was before and hopped into my pocket. After making sure we were all good, I started walking back to the school.
Unknown's POV
The end-of-school bell rang loudly through the school. I smiled to myself and put down my pencil.
"Class dismissed! But don't forget your history assessment is due on Monday!" The teacher nearly yelled as kids started running out the classroom. I grabbed my bag from my locker and walked out the school with my friend. His slightly messy brown hair blew across his face lightly, and his hazel eyes glinted in the sunlight. We walked out the school.
"Bye Zack!" He called out as he was picked up by his mother. I waved and smiled back as I waited for my sister Lydia to get out. She's probably still in detention for hacking the main computers.
Nightmare's POV
Once I got there anger bubbled up inside me as I saw Lydia, the sweet girl I had met earlier, walking with the boy. They were obviously friends, which means she was friends with the evil guy that is responsible for everything that has happened. Grr, it just goes to show that I really can't trust anybody. I started following them.
"Ah!" The boy yelled when I must've bumped into them, while I was looking at the ground trying not to be noticed.
"Uh, hi."
