This is where we meet a very important character named Lukas. Lukas was a young man with light blond hair and bluish-purple eyes; a well-known figure in the village he's from. Lukas was in a valley hunting for food with a boy named Emil. Emil, on the other hand, was an adorable little boy with white hair and big purple eyes. And just so happened to be Lukas' little brother.

"Look, [1]stóri bróðir! A dragon!" Emil exclaimed excitedly from next to Lukas, which interrupted him from his thoughts. Lukas' eyes flickered to the dragon in front of him.

The dragon was not as big as he thought a dragon should be. This one was probably as big as one of the longships they have back at his village. The dragon's scales were a shiny smooth [Favorite Color] and due to the body structure he could tell they were not too old or all that strong, but that's not what caught his attention. What caught Lukas' attention were the two large spears sticking out of the dragon's body. One coming from their left side and the other from in between the shoulder blades.

Just as Emil was going to go over to them, Lukas grabbed his arm (thinking it was too dangerous). Emil looked back at him with a pleading look on his face.

"Please, Lukas," the young boy begged. "I don't want the pretty dragon to die! Let's help it!"

Thinking about what his little brother said, Lukas looked back at the dragon. He suddenly felt a pang of sympathy for them and let Emil go.

Emil ran over to the [Favorite Color] dragon's side and hovered his hand under their nose to see if they were breathing.

Feeling their breath, Emil's face lit up as he informed, "It's alive! It's going to be okay!"

"Not if we don't help them," Lukas corrected while walking to the dragon's side.

"How can you tell, stóri bróðir?"

"Her body structure," he replied, tugged the spear out of her side. "I read about it in one of the books I have. They're not fully grown and pretty weak; a fully grown and strong dragon could've endured the spears like they were nothing."

Emil looked up at the Viking in admiration. "Wow, you're so smart!"

A slightly small smile appeared on Lukas' face and he moved to the spear in the dragon's back. Once he removed that one, the unknown dragon began to stir. Lukas went in front of the dragon and pushed Emil behind him.

The white-haired boy pouted. "I want to get close to it, too!"

     "[2]Nei, something could happen."

Just as he said that the dragon opened their eyes to reveal [Eye Color] eyes. Then the eyes focused to meet Lukas' bluish-purple eyes. Their eyes widened; alarmed. They quickly tried to get up, but they immediately fell back down and roared in pain.

There it was again; that pang in his heart. Lukas decided to try and communicate with them.

"I'm going to try and heal your wounds, okay?" He informed.

They narrowed their eyes. "Who are you?"

"My name is Lukas. I'm a Viking from the nearby village that lies within the fjord," he then gestured to Emil. "And this is my [3]Lillebror, Emil."

Emil waved at the dragon from behind Lukas with a shy smile.

"Y-you can understand me?!" The dragon asked in surprise.

Lukas nodded his head and moved to their wounds to start healing them with his magic. "What is your name?" He questioned.

Deciding to trust him, the dragon relaxed. "[Your Name]; nice to meet you."
