This chapter is dedicated to Dragongal127 for telling me to post the chapter which was the turning point for my book even though I didn't get nearly as many comments and votes as I asked for...
After that chapter, things took a 180 flip and accelerate!
This book then started to get reads and votes and comments rapidly; it even got me tons more fans!
Again, thanks Dragongal127, without you, I'll probably still be sitting here waiting for the last commenter to discover my story so that I could post!

~Mr. Fate's POV~
Please be alive, I thought as I took a deep breath and dived in... But at the same time the other Alpha, Jared Thunder, dived in as well...
Stupid rivaling Alpha!
He's nothing but a boy!
I felt her cold, limp arm in the water and pulled her up... She's light...
A little too light...
When I reached the surface of the lake, I realised my suspicions were right; Jarred was holding her other hand and glaring at me furiously.
"Let go of my mate!" we both said at the same time...
~Jarred's POV~
"Your mate?" I scoffed. "I think not!"
"Get off my land Alpha Thunder." HE commanded ME!!!
"This is neutral land, Alpha Fate." I reminded him.
This lake and the cemetery were both sitting right in the middle of the border between our pack lands.
He growled at me. "Then let go of my mate's hand..." he threatened menacingly.
"She is my mate!" My wolf wanted to claim her right now, but it was wrong... she must choose which pack to belong to now that her parents died... or more accurately, her dad.
He might not have known, seeing as the werewolf gene in his family skipped him, but he was supposed to choose a pack when his parents died... but he wasn't notified because he didn't have a mind link established with any wolf.
Now that Sunset turned Sixteen, nobody was there to tell her about the fact that she needed to choose a pack.
It rarely happens that the werewolf gene skips a generation... But it's also very rare that a person has two mates...
In fact, it only happened once before.
"So, I guess that the prophecy has come back." he said, mirroring my thoughts.
"Indeed." I said stiffly.
"I'll take her to the hospital on my territory, it's the closest one." He said and all but ripped her out of my hands.
~Sunset's POV~
I was drifting off on a cloud.
Wow, heaven is so... comfy!
"Sunset..." An alluring voice called to in in a barely audible whisper. "Sunset..."
"Who is it?" I called back.
"Sunset... you must return." the voice sounded oddly familiar...
"Sunset, everybody is depending on you..." It said cryptically. "You must return..."
I was sitting up on my fluffy cloud now. "But why?"
"... the prophecy..." The illusive voice said.
"What prophecy?" I asked it.
"... Your prophecy..." I swear I've heard this voice before... "Sunset... you must hurry, you don't have much time..."
Suddenly, I was falling off of my cloud - heading towards the earth below at an alarming speed.
"Sunset..." "Sunset..." "Sunset..." The voice followed me as I fell - I felt like I was Alice, falling down the rabbit's hole! It started getting distorted while it came at me from all sides... It was changing into a different voice...
Wait! My mind panicked. I have to know more! I haven't even gotten to see my family yet!!!
"Sunset..." This time the voice changed into that of my teacher, Mr, Fate.
I opened my eyes to see him looking at me with massive relief practically radiating out of his amazing eyes.
"What are you doing here?" Then I took in my surroundings. I was in a white, serile room with very little furnishings in it. In fact, all there was, was a chair -occupied by the handsome Mr. Fate- and a bed -occupied by me- attached to a bunch of machines. "And where is 'here'?"
"You're at the hospital."
"What!?!?" I screamed at him.
Then a voice echoed inside my head: There's not much time... your prophecy must be fulfilled by the Blood Moon mating ceremony... If not, all is lost...
