This poem is for all of you who've lost your loved ones. I know that nothing can fill that void. But just make sure you learn how to live with it. Because there's no other way out.
I don't see why you're crying now,
Save your tears for when I'm actually gone.
What makes you think that I've left you?
I'm here until the world loses its gift of a new dawn.
Bring that smile back to your lips,
I've worked all my life to keep it there.
Now you have to live for the both of us,
Honey, lose that vacant stare.
Remember that fight, remember that place,
Remember that giggle, remember that day.
Remember the love that only we know of,
That's where I am, that's where I'll stay.
