Chapter 16 Lop Ear

Quentin's eyes widened in shock, "huh? They headed out for town this early..?" He asked in disbelief. Bodil nodded and held the newspaper in his hands. "Yes, somehow Sky lost Jason's goggles and so the three went off to find it~" Bodil explained.

"Maaaan, what is this? And after I waited 10 years to see Sky!" Quentin ran a hand through his blue hair, Simon took a sip of his tea and smiled "why don't you join Bodil on his way out?"

Bodil nodded as he finished reading a section in the news paper, "I plan on heading over to town later myself." Quentin frowned "what are you scheming now Bodil?" Bodil giggled "nothing to worry about~! It's just...that the prey took the bait quite nicely."

Ty looked around confused, he could have sworn that he herd the sound of a bell...Sky looked back "what's wrong Ty?" Ty shook his head "it's nothing.."

"Hm...I thought that this was the place but I guess someone took it away..." Sky pointed out as the three looked around the alley.

"M-my goggles..." Jason pouted, Sky scratched the back of his head "why don't you just get a new pair?" Jason shook his head and took of runnin out of the alley.

"But i like those goggles!" He shouted, Sky sighed and smiled. "Whys he making such a fuss over a silly pair of goggles?" Ty asked, Sky shrugged.

"Maybe it holds a special memory but it might not look like much...but to him it's like a treasure." Sky said and stood up to go follow Jason.

Sky found Jason yelling at some guy who stole his goggles, Ty and Sky went up to Jason. "Those are my goggles!" Jason said angrily.

"Fine then let's have an arm wrestle competition!" A big buff guy said, Jason was about to say something but Sky cut him off by saying "Sure!".

The shop keepers and locals around set up a small table excitedly....this must happen a lot. "Hey Sky...don't try to reason with a drunk oh idiot." Sky shrugged. "Sorry...but doesn't this look like fun?"

"But still..! If we loose my hat will-" Sky patted Jason's shoulder "don't worry Jason! We just gotta beat two of em' it shouldn't be too hard!" Jason sighed "f-fine..."

Sky sat down on one side of the table, "I'm first yay!" On the other side sat the person who had on Jason's goggles, he smirked.

"Sorry but I ain't going easy on you kid..." He said , Sky smiled "please don't hurt me! I'm just a little kid!" Sky faked and smiled evilly at the man.

"By the way...-" Sky started to mumble something to the man, making the man nervous. Then a local shouted "start!" The crowd watched as the man was stiff...so Sky grabbed his hand and easily moved it down.

The crowd was silent and shocked, then they all cheered and screamed thins like "yeah!" Or "woo-hoo!" Some even yelled "that was rossom!".

Sky jumped out of the seat and walked cheerfully to the crowd, "what did you-" Sky smiled innocently "nothing~!" Next was Jason's turn...so he sat down and...

"I shall take your place miss!" A voice said and a man sat down waving at the two who where just talking. "U-Uncle Quentin!?" Sky said surprised.

Then that's when the match started, Jason sat there nervously as Quentin smiled confidently. The match began soon enough.

"You've really grown up! I'm glad!" Quentin said, Jason frowned as his hand was edgily brought to the table, the crowd cheered as Jason sulked in the back of the crowd.
