Ali looked at them one by one. There were three women and two men. Ali looked at the person to the right first, one of the women. She was the tallest out of the five of them and had an evidently muscular womanly figure in her uniform. Which they were all wearing with their many medals and such on their chest on the left side. She had long, fiery, orange hair, with a freckled beautiful face with red dark eyes. She had a pair of amber wings behind her folded elegantly.
His gaze then moved to another person, a male this time. He was almost as tall as the lady before him, but evidently shorter. He had short blonde hair and black eyes. He had an elegant disposition about him and was covered in black stripes. A tall, thick tail that looked like a scorpion's stood proudly behind him. The next person was also a man. He was about normal height with ordinary black hair. He had three pairs of black pupiless eyes and a pair of antlers on top of his head.
His eyes shifted to the last two who appeared to be a pair of female twins. They looked eerily identical and moved in coordinated motions. They both had big, inhuman, soulless eyes and two large ears at either side of their head. Ali stared at them for a while, feeling intrigued before looking away. This inspection took no longer than ten seconds, "you may rise" he uttered. They all rose onto steady feet.
"Introduce yourselves" he said again, as he watched the doctor take out a strange tool to measure his temperature. They all began to salute and say their names.
"General Seraphina Larthy reporting", the lady with the fiery, orange hair said.
"General Lui Wei reporting", the blonde haired guy said.
"General Micah Mithus reporting", the man with antlers said.
"General Mia"
"General Lia", the twins said one after the other, their voices sounding eerily similar.
Ali looked them over again before looking away. 'This is going to be a pain, I am terrible at remembering names' he thought to himself. The general with antlers took a step forward,"if i may speak freely my king?" "Sure", Ali answered as the doctor went to check his tail, but him baring his teeth slightly made the poor Zerg frightened and he started apologizing furiously. Ali ignored him and looked at Mimi, at least he thinks his name is Mimi? 'His last name ended in a M too right? I do not think Mimi is his first name either...I will just call him m&m.' "As your generals it is our duty that when a ruler is born we integrate them into the official civilization of the Zergs. So with your permission we can leave right away."
Ali blinked and glanced at the lower Zergs surrounding them. "What about them?", the generals followed his sight and also looked at the lower Zergs who all had their gazes on Ali. "We can bring them along if you'd like. It's just about 100 of them, the ship is big and the planet is more than big enough to hold 100 more Zergs. If they mean so much to the king we can have them go through evolution to a mid-level Zerg?"Ali tilted his head,"you can do that?". "Of course", Micah answered.
"Well then lets go", Ali agreed readily. He wanted to sleep in a proper bed tonight anyways. He was feeling lazy already, and his beloved wasn't around to keep him occupied. The generals parted and Micah led the way. Ali followed behind him as the lower Zergs also parted to make a path for them. They stepped up into the ship and Ali looked around curiously as Micah began to introduce the rooms in the ship. By the time he finished explaining and Ali was about to tell him to shut up, the other generals had already gathered the low-tier Zergs on the ship and were preparing to take off. "So where's my room?" Ali asked Micah lazily, he was already yawning and he needed a nap pronto.
"Of course, this way", Micah quickly showed him to a room down a corridor."The rooms on this side belong to us generals and if you need anything feel free to ask us.", Micah said as he gestured to the room at the end of the corridor.
"Azul has recovered the eggshells from your hatching and is going to be making it into a nutrient rich milk, if that's okay?", Micah called after him. "Yeah, sure", Ali answered as he disappeared behind the doors. He looked around curiously, the room was simple, but luxurious in a way. The large king-sized bed covered in fluffy pillows and sheets made it look very luxurious to him. The ship began to ascend upwards and Ali was amazed at how the ship didn't rock once. He stood at the window for awhile, marveling at the disappearing ground and then at the starry galaxy. When his eyes began to droop he went towards the very comfortable looking bed. He wrapped himself under the covers and in no time dozed off.

Artheen slowly signed off some documents. While bored out of his mind, he still forced himself to do it as it benefitted the soldiers under his control-who were mostly human like himself-In this world filled with plenty of alien races it was quite hard for a human to have the strength to be considered a threat. Much less the strength to be truly respected. Yet against all odds Artheen had done the impossible as a human and became the second strongest general of the empire. Artheen sighed as he signed another document. Even though he had done so much he still kind of felt as if he hadn't done enough. Being the second strongest in the empire still made him feel as if there was more to be desired, as he was still second best and there was a very good chance that it won't be changed in this life.
He then placed down his pen, and stared outside lost in his thoughts. 'Maybe he was just lonely?' he thought to himself, and yet the thought of having a stranger in his space made him feel very uncomfortable. There suddenly was a knock on the door. "Come in", his second-in-command who was also his closest friend, came in and sat down in front of him. He was of the elven race and was the son of a grandduke who followed Artheen into the military because he had nothing better to do. "The assistant of the empire's ambassador called and is asking for you to come in person to the meeting of the alliance. She wants all the generals to be there to make the empire look good." Artheen hummed. Lian raised an eyebrow,"you are so unresponsive, why am i friends with you?", Artheen continued to ignore him. Lian placed a hand on his papers stopping him from working. "Its lunch time, lets get something to eat and then you can kill yourself in paper work." Artheen hesitated, but knowing Lian would annoy him until he agreed he got up.
