Five days had passed since the last disaster. Five long days of recovery. Five days of medicine, rest, bandages, and strict instructions. Five days where everyone in the mansion had tried to act normal.

Tried.

Because normal never stayed for long in this house. The mansion was quiet that afternoon. Too quiet. The kind of quiet that always meant something was about to happen.
The seven CEOs were sitting in the living room, each one doing something different.
Virat was reading a file. Jaddu was checking his phone. Yash was lying upside down on the sofa. Shub was sitting on the floor with a pillow in his lap. Mayank was staring at the ceiling. Shrey was quietly drinking juice. Siraj was watching everyone like he already knew trouble was coming.

The mafia brothers were nearby too.
Mahi was standing near the window. Abhi was leaning against the wall. Sanju was on his phone. Ishan was reading something on his tablet. Rishab was talking softly to Shrey. Shami was fixing his cufflinks. Rohit was sitting with Sammy in his lap.
Sammy was drawing something on a notebook.

Then suddenly...
Jaddu stood up. Everyone looked at him.

Jaddu- backyard. Now.

Silence. Nobody moved.

Jaddu repeated, a little louder.
Jaddu- everyone. Backyard. NOW.

That was enough. Because when Jaddu used that tone, it meant one thing.

Trouble.
Big trouble. The seven CEOs exchanged nervous looks and slowly stood up.

Yash whispered.
Yash- why do I feel scared.

Shub whispered back.
Shub- because we are scared.

Mayank swallowed hard. Shrey quietly followed behind them. Siraj adjusted his sleeves and walked with them too.

The mafia brothers followed. The whole group moved toward the backyard.
The backyard was huge. Beautiful. Green grass. White chairs. A long table. Flowers everywhere.
But right now, it did not feel beautiful.

It felt like a courtroom. The seven CEOs stood in a line. The mafia brothers stood in front of them. Jaddu crossed his arms. Mahi stood beside him. Abhi looked calm. Too calm. Sanju had his hands in his pockets. Ishan was already annoyed. Rishab looked disappointed. Shami looked tired. Rohit was silent.
Sammy stood near the steps, watching everything with wide eyes.

Jaddu looked at the four troublemakers first. His voice was sharp.
Jaddu- Yash. Shub. Mayank. Shrey.

All four flinched.
Jaddu- do you know why you are here?

Nobody answered. Jaddu stepped forward.
Jaddu- because once again, you four did something stupid.

Yash opened his mouth. Jaddu raised his hand.

Yash immediately closed it.
Jaddu- not once.

He took another step.
Jaddu- not twice.

Another step.
Jaddu- you repeat this every.single.time.

The four CEOs lowered their heads. Their eyes were already getting wet. They knew this tone. They knew this disappointment. And this time, it hurt more because nobody was joking. Nobody was smiling.

Nobody was trying to save them.

Jaddu's voice became harder.
Jaddu- every single time there is some new problem because of you four.

Shub's lips trembled. Mayank looked down at the grass. Shrey blinked fast, trying not to cry. Yash clenched his jaw.
