I entered the condo complex and found her sitting with Brayden in a small lounge. I took a seat next to her and took Brayden from her as he slept quietly.

"Hey." She mumbles quietly.

"Sup?" I had a few intentions to just mess with Melonie's head. To try and get her to stay, whether it would work or not, that's a mystery.

"I'm fine. He's been in a cranky mood lately." She says running her hand over his small brown curls.

"Oh." I reply bluntly.

"So, I'm selling my condo for 5000, and then I think I may move out next month. You know, rent a u-hual, drive it out there and settle in down there." She says meeting her eyes with me.

"Why? Why do you even wanna move?" I ponder.

"Cause, bills are expensive, I don't receive child support and I need somewhere where I can provide for myself and Brayden, Chris." She says as if she's annoyed.

And the bitch wasn't getting child support if I'm going to be in his life. What she drinking?

"Let me move in and help? It'd be better for Brayden." I shrug.

"Chris, we're co-parenting? And I don't think you moving in is a healthy relationship for Brayden-"

"Why not? I'll respect your space. You respect mine. C'mon, I can't keep living at my place for too long. I have to get a job next year, and in another few years I'll be graduating. Think on it?" I persuade. I had to get Melonie on my side. To be here for Brayden and also receive free pussy in the mean time.

I move my hand to her hip and she jerks a little bit and scoots over. "I'll have an answer by Friday." She speaks up.

"Fine, let's have dinner? You know not a date but as family." I say looking down at my son. He did look like me.

"I'll call you." She shrugs.

"Yeah." I kiss Brayden on his cheek, then hand him back to Melonie. "I'll talk to you later." And with that, I leave the condo complex and head to my car. Getting in, Shannon had called me a few times.

"Hey babe, what's good?" I say driving uptown and back towards my place.

"I was trying to see if you were down to party tonight, unless you have your son." She says.

"No, I don't. That's fine, but I wanted to chill but whatever." I sigh.

"That's fine I'll meet you at your place in 30?" She chirps, damn her voice was a little annoying.

"Yeah, calm down baby." I chuckle flatly and hang up. I didn't want to keep Shannon waiting for too long so I basically cut through traffic and took back roads to get home. When I got there, she got out her car and stood at the door.

Taking out my keys and walking up to the door, I kissed her lips and she smiled and kissed back. "Want some take out?" I offer opening the door and watching her move in her yoga pants as she entered. She just be asking for dick without even opening her mouth.
