Levianna Stevenson.
"You've been skipping school, is there anything you want to tell us?" My dad says as I enter the kitchen and take my seat beside Leon.
"Not really." I mumble trying to avoid the subject.
"Well you aren't leaving the table until you tell me why Levi." He shrugs as we all begin to eat our dinner from Baja Fresh.
"Levi, you've been acting very strange, what's up with you?" My mother ponders.
"I'm fine." I say.
"Whatever. Baby, did you hear about that young girl who was sleeping with grown man, he kidnapped her and took her across the country, and her body was found in the woods. It was terrible." My mother says to my dad and I basically choke on my lettuce.
"What's wrong Levi?" Michael almost sneers to me.
"This lettuce is, spicy." I lie. That seriously just scared me. Chris wouldn't dare try to hurt me. He said he loves me, so that is out of the question.
"Spicy lettuce? You sound dumb." Leon laughs as Michael joins.
"You are dumb." I retort.
"Levi watch your mouth please." My mom scolds.
"You act like they didn't just say I sound dumb." I sass back. This is absolutely annoying.
"Levi. You know I was thinking about giving your phone back later this week, but after I hear that you've been skipping classes and now your sassing me, I don't think so." She blurts. The table is silent and I'm livid.
"Fine." I say, tossing my napkin on my plate I head for the door and begin to put on my combat boots.
"Levianna don't walk out this house or your one dead child." My dad says starting to follow me.
"No. I'm so sick and tired of everyone always fighting against me. You pay me no attention, Michael and Leon get away with everything, this is bullshit." I say with a tone.
"Levianna!" My mom scolds once more.
After tying up my boots I quickly slam the door behind me. Where I was going? I had no clue, and what my consequences were? I had an idea, but who knows. Right now all I wanted was him and I knew he'd be more than happier to take me.
Christopher Brown.
An unknown number popped up on the home screen of my phone. I normally don't answer unknown numbers, but I felt as if I needed to for some reason.
"Who this?" I say laying onto my pillows.
"Baby. Can you pick me up?" Levi says into the line.
"Where you at, who's phone is this?" I say a little worried.
"It's a pay phone, and I'm near Exxon." She says back.
"Why are you even there?" I wonder going to put some clothes on.
"I'll tell you later. Please pick me up." She cooes.
