After around 4 or so hours we had everything out of the truck and lazily placed into the rooms. James and Adam had done most of the heavy lifting and I am so glad they did, if it was just the two of us we wouldn't be close to done. It was now around lunch time and we all were hungry because of the work so we took a break.

"Hey mom, what are we gonna be having ?" I asked
"Not quite sure what we exactly have in the house... we can go find a restaurant if you'd all like?"
We all tiredly mumbled sure and whatever. So we all hopped into our car and drove to a restaurant called Insula. It was a very interesting place, the decor was a mix of vintage and modern. The food was a great and service was very friendly. I can see myself really liking this little town.

"So, has our little town made you feel at home yet?" asked Adam while we were walking around downtown.

"I can seem myself very happy here. It is quiet and cozy with just the right amount of uniqueness." i answered looking through the store windows.

"Well, I am here if you'd ever like to get the full experience of northern Minnesota. All you gotta do is ask." he said with a small smirk on his face.

"Yeah, just ask and we are here in any way you might need." James added, earning a glare from his friend.

"We should be heading back to the resort to unpack more. The faster we do, the faster we can actually open the resort up." my mom said cheerfully.

We walked back to the car and all got in, driving the 15 minutes back to the resort. When we got there the boys took off in their own car after saying their goodbyes. Me and my mother walked into the house part of the resort where all of our personal things were. I went into what i claimed as my room and began unpacking my things. I got all of my clothes put away, my bed set up and made, and furniture placed correctly. I still had little boxes with random things inside but decided I was going to go and see what the actual resort had. I walked across the grave parking lot area and inside the lodge. There was what I presumed to be a bar/check in area, lounging area, and an area we could put food or something like that.

It was nice and cute and with the right furniture and accent details this place could look really good. My mom said we were gonna clean it out tonight and go shopping tomorrow. I went back and grabbed some cleaning supplies to start the job. I dusted everything I could but it didn't seem like it was even working. After trying multiple things to get the dust gone and not working I went to ask my mom. "Hey mom? Where are you?" I called.

"Out back sweetie!" she answered. So I began to walk out that way. When I got there I was surprised at what I saw. There was a garden with a little stream running though it and a bridge connecting it together. The stream came out from the forest farther back in the yard and entered again down more.

"Woah, this is absolutely gorgeous." I said absent minded.

Isn't it thought? Thought we could add some chairs and make it like a chilling area for us and our guests." said my mom.

"Sounds so cool. But hey, I was trying to clean up the lodge and it could use some dusting and new furniture and some other little things."

"Alright since it is around dinner we can go tomorrow and look for stuff. Did you unpack your room already?"

"Yeah, I did and it looks pretty good. Gotta few random boxes I have to find room for though."

"Alright, well lets go check out the lodge again to make a list for tomorrow."
