Wildest Dreams

Chapter 6

That was the most exciting thing of my life. I would have never in a million years have guessed we would be cliff jumping. We took a break and ate the lunch the boys packed.

I was so happy I met these guys because not only are they super sweet and helpful, they make me happy and have a great time. I don't know why but I get the sense that Adam might like me. But if he does that would be amazing, I think I like might him too.

"Wanna jump off together ?" Adam asked after cleaning up the food.

"Ohh why of course, what heigh you wanna jump from ?" I asked with a smile spread across my face. Okay, so basically there is 3 heights on the rock that are good for jumping. One is about 15 feet tall while one was about 3 feet above that one. The tallest is about 25 feet and is the top of the rock.

The boys told me that they have done an 80 foot but because it is my first time I get smaller jumps.
I'm still scared to go off of the 25 foot because the water is so clear you can see the rocks below. Making you feel like you will hit them.

"Why not try the 25 foot. I'll be there for you." He told me with a smirk on his face.

"Well, if you'll be there then I will try it." I told him with a smile on my face, blushing slightly.

"Hey James! Can you talk our picture when we jump off ?" Adam yelled to James, who was in the boat.

"Sure, now get up there! You can do this Tori!" He yelled and gave me a thumbs up. We walked up to the top and I looked down at the water, instantly regretting that decision.

"It's okay, I'm here for you. I wouldn't let you get hurt." Adam said as he put his arm around me. Butterflies instantly fluttering inside. I definitely like him. I thought to myself and we got ready to jump. Adam told to take deep breathes to calm myself down and then we stood at the edge. Hand in hand we looked at each other and jumped.

It was the best thing ever. Us taking the leap off that cliff and James capturing the moment. It was all so perfect. I am definitely going to print these pictures from today. Because not only did we take pictures of us jumping but of the scenery and I took some of the boat ride. It was all just such an amazing adventure after shopping all morning for the resort. This was a good relax time and fun way to get away for a while.

We then got in the boat and headed around the peninsula to find a bay with sand and a path to the top of a rock to get the over view of the whole thing. (The picture is of the bay on top of the rock, I took it ). Once again I was amazed by the view and how all this is possible right next to each other.

After staying at the bay beach for about an hour we left to go back to the resort to return the boat and get to town again. It was a good 15-20 minute boat ride across the lake. We got to the resort getting all of our things out. Adam ran up to the lodge to tell them that the boat was back and we hopped into the car, heading for town.

Once in town I realized it was much later than I thought it was. So they dropped me off at home and told me they would see my tomorrow and gave me a hug. Walking into my house I turned around to see Adam watching me with a smile on his face. Blushing, I waved goodbye and walked inside to my room. Slowly falling asleep thinking about how amazing this day was.
