The next day I got up and dressed for the day. Today was going to be a life changing day for everyone. I took a quick shower. I blew dry my hair. I threw on a pair of tight jeans and a shirt. I slid my feet in a pair of comfy wedges. Grabbing my jacket, keys and phone I left the room. The drive to the Salvatore boarding house wasn't a long trip at all. Very convient. I parked by Stefan's car. I got out and walked up to the house. I head multiple voices. Elena was here. So was Damon. Good. I knocked on the door and Stefan answered it. He smiled at me but gave me a weird look. I smirked at him.

"Can I help you with something?"

"Yes I need to speak with Damon. Its kinda important." He stepped aside to let me in. He had a confused look on his face. I walked in and took in the sight of the house. I had to admit it was big. I turned to look at Stefan.

"Do I know you like have we met before? You look so fimilar."

"Nope we never met." I smiled. He walked off brooding. I heard him knock on Damon's door and told him I was downstairs waiting on him. He groaned and left the room. Alone. I heard every step he made. I sat on the couch. He walked into the room and in front of me. First he had an irritated look then turned into a confused look. I smirked and did my eye trick. I stood up.

"Hello Damon I finally get to meet you. I been searching years for you. I'm Selena Rose Thorne. My mother was Elle Thorne." A shocked looked went across his face.

"Wow. Elle? Haven't heard that name in awhile. Is she..?" I shook my head. "Ah okay well then to my next question. What the hell you want with me?"

"Well Damon its simple. I lived for almost 150 years without knowing my dad and now I get the chance." He just looked at me with his mouth open. I heard a gasped and rolled my eyes. She heard everything. I noticed a bar behind him and walked over to it. I poured myself a glass of bourbon. He turned to look at me.

"How do I know if what your saying is true?" I gave him a duh look.

"Because father, mother told me the story of how you swoon her and she fell for you and blah blah blah I came along and she said I look just like you but girly. She even says I do my eyes like you and even act like you." I finished off my drink and poured another one. I offered him one.

"No I only drink bourbon." I told him that's all I drink. He sat down on the couch and was lost in thought. He looked up at me studing me. Now that I have seen him up close we do have similar features.

"Well all I can say is that at least we both are good looking, so be proud your daughter is sexy." He smiled at that. He bent over.

"So if true and your my daughter who turned you?" I stared off and chugged my drink. I looked over at him.

"Like father like daughter. Just like you I fell in love with a vampire and he turned me and left. Except I didn't have a sibling changed with me." He asked if my mother ever moved on. Which she never did. She was heartbroken over my father that she didn't have it in her. Plus she died when I was fifteen and I was turned at sixteen. He stood up and walked close to me. I could tell he was full of questions. I took a breath.

"I just wanted to find you and meet you. I don't want revenge or anything. I'll leave town as soon as possible." And then she walked down the stairs. She look like she had been crying. She walked over to us and grabbed Damon's hand.

"You don't have to leave. You can stay here. Technically your house too." She smiled at me. I don't know why but I don't think I'm gonna like her. Damon agreed. I looked between both of them.

"Come on Selena. It will give us a chance to get to know one another." Damon begged.

"Fine. I'll go get my stuff." I breathed out. I left and drove back to the motel for my stuff. I didn't have much. Why do I feel like it's a mistake in moving in?

I parked in a spot right outside my door. I walked in and shoved everything into a bag and walked them out to my trunk. I walked to the office to check out. I drove back to the Salvatore house. Elena showed me to a room. On the other end of the hall way. I rather the put me in the basement so I don't have to hear their gross takeout session. I gagged at the thought in my head. I shut the door and looked around my room. It was huge. I definetly want to redecorate. Its to much white and brightness. I tossed my bags in the bed. I open a door to reveal a huge walking closet. I open another door to reveal an even bigger bathroom. A tub that could fit two people and a shower that could hold maybe three comfortably. I was in love. I think I may like it here. I walked to my bags and vegan putting my clothes away.
