"Melanie." I said to my best friend, hoping to snap her out of her addicition.

"I know Sarah, just two more minutes." she said, staring blank-expressioned as she stared at her laptop screen. She was watching Levi Kingston as he went on about why kesha needed to go to a AA meeting. She was going to make us late for our church youth group AGAIN. Not that I don't love Melanie, I mean, she's only been my best friend since kindergarden. But sometimes, her obsession with Levi Kingston annoyes me. You see, her obsession began in eighth grade when someone forwarded her this video of a guy who lives in England and makes youtube videos for Google. Technically, It's his job, but he enjoys it as his hobby too. He makes funny jokes and witty remarks, but he is mostly funny for his common sense and applying that to various things. He once made a video talking about magazines and why they seem to never talk about important things, like politics or deseases, but which movie made the most money and how to do your hair. I think he's funny and all, but since he not only isn't a Christian, but is an Athiest, I tend to keep my distance. But, my 17 year old best friend Melanie was immidiately captured by him. She told me once that she just couldn't resist his happy-go-lucky personality.

"And I'm sure that the fact that he's goodlooking plays no role whatsoever." I had sarcastically replied.

"Sarah, whenever a good-looking guy with a great personality and even better sense of humor comes into my life-"

"You mean onto your computer screen"? I interrupted. She went on right after my remark.

"Well, I tend to go a little crazy. He is hilarious and we have a lot in common. I'm finished with High School, and so is he, we both moved into apartments with our best friends before college started, we both like video games, and enjoy juggling..It's like God intended us to be together." I had rolled my eyes.

"If God intended you to be together, then Levi would be a Christian."

"Yeah yeah, I know," she had said in defeat, "But It doesn't hurt to dream."

"I know, but don't let it get to you if you don't walk down the asile, with him at the end of it." I had joked. We always have been that way, supporting each other while teasing each other. But, at the moment, I knew not even a witty remark would pull Melanie out of this. It seemed she switched to a diffrent video. I gasped as I checked my watch and saw that it was 5:56pm, four minutes before our youth group started.

"Melanie, we only have four minutes until AmbassadorsForChrist starts!" I looked over to see Melanie engrossed in whatever new video she was watching.

"I know Sarah, but Levi just posted a video saying that he was going to have a contest and whoever wins gets to spend the whole day with him!"

"Melanie, he lives in London! Even if we could win the contest, how would we get all the way to London?" I asked her, beginning to raise my voice.

"All I have to do to win the contest is send him a bunch of answers for his survey, and he'll pick the person's survey who he thinks would be fun to hang out with!" She said, delight in her voice.

"Melanie, I know this seems easy to you, but we live in Sadalia, Missouri! Thats like, A bagillion miles away from London! Where are we going to get the money to go all the way to London and back?!" I huffed. Melanie was still typing, but hurredly spat out a response.

"Listen Sarah, lately I've been praying that God will give me a chance to witness to someone. More specifically, Levi. I know that sounds dumb," she said, then turned to me and finished her sentance with an earnest look in her eyes, "But I feel like I am just suppost to do this. If God doesn't want me to go, then my survey won't be picked. If He doesn't want me to go, then we wont find the money to get plane tickets. But, If by some miracle, He wants me to go, then my survey will be picked, and we will find the money to go. Sarah, what is the harm in trying?" I considered that for a moment. I guessed there would be no harm in merely sending a survey, but I was stubborn and still mad for Melanie making us late for church.

"Fine, send the survey, but we are going to pray about this and talk more about this later, but for now would you please just get your Bible and go to youth group with me?" I asked harshly. Well, my answer sure seemed to satisfy her.

"Yay! Allrighty, Sarah, You won't regret this!" She said as she sent the survey, and shut the laptop before grabbing her Bible.

"Don't be so sure." I said as I went out the door.
