Chapter 13 Part 1

Zane P.O.V

'No..This can not be true' I said..as I was watching Percy kissing someone else...

I bolted upright from my sleeping position right away after the dream. Tears are slowly streaming down my cheek. Why? I felt a warm hand on top of mine. I looked to the person who is holding my hand. Alpha Percy..Why? Why is he holding my hand? I looked around. Where am I?
I pulled away my hand from his and slowly got off the bed, stumbling slightly. I hold onto a chair to keep me steady before proceeding to the door and opening it. I was greeted by a group of puppies. They jumped onto me and starts barking then scampers toward Percy. Percy jolted up when the puppies starts tugging at his pants and sleeve.
'Shit..I'm still here' I thought to myself then I got up and ran out of the room. Before I could reach the staircase, someone caught my hand and pulled me into his chest. He took a deep breath and whispers "Thank God..Your fine.." I was confused at his words before pulling away from him.
"I..Have I met you before?" I asked him.
"Yes" He replied me. I shook my head..
"That is impossible. I'm sure this is the first time seeing you" I said. His eyes widen and stared at me..
"We met before. 3 years ago" He said.
I continued shaking my head before running down the stairs and out of the house.
My head is flooded with many question. Why does he say we met before? is the main question that is swimming around in my head.

I ran out of his territory and sat down by the sidewalk, panting from all the running tho it has never happened to me. Tears started welling up. Why does he say he know me when we have never met until today? A sharp hit my chest and I started feeling my breathing is getting heavier and faster. I could not breath. People around me started calling the hospital as I have this seizure. Before I knew it, I passed out and woke up in a bed, staring at the white ceiling like I had done when I first woke up from my long slumber. Suddenly, Leo and his mate burst into the room. Their face are covered in sweat and guess what..They are panting.
"Zane! Are You Okay?!" His mate squeaked and jumped onto me. I nodded and Leo walked toward me.
"What happened, Zane? Where were you last night?" He started questioning me but I refused to answer instead I said "Oh nothing. Just slept over at a friend's place and I had a seizure today soo its no big deal right?"

"No Big Deal?" He stated louder. "Do you know how worried we were?!" And I just nodded timidly before looking down at my hand. He lectured me for who knows how long. My eyes started welling up when I think about Percy. I mean Alpha Percy.
I looked at Leo.
"Leo." I cut off his lecture " Have I met Alpha Percy before?" I asked. He started to hesitate and look around as if looking for answers.
"Tell me" I insisted. He shook his head.
"No. I cannot. Please. Dont force me..You will remember it all once the time has come" He stated.
"Well..me and my mate should take our leave now. I will visit you again tomorrow, Zane" he said before picking up his mate and exit the room.

I lay back down onto bed and started sobbing. Why wont Leo tell me? I thought. Who is Percy? What was he to me? What happened? I need to know the answers...Soon I close my eyes and let myself drift to sleep with all this question in my mind. I slept with the hope that I can remember who was Percy to me..What was he to me..
