Chapter Thirty Six - Missed

She's awake, she's finally awake. My baby is awake, oh god it's been twenty hours.

I held her in my arms as she slept, it surprised me how peaceful she was. She had been asleep for a while. Oh god I missed her so god damn much.

I kiss her forehead and smile down at her, this all must be so weird for her.
It pisses me off that all her friends never even came once to check on her, not once.

She had a busted up fave but no broken bones, she was lucky enough not to be in the ICU for long,

I hope she's okay, emotionally on the most.

Gabe, Luci and Anna went back home, I stayed with Cassie. Sammy nor Balth knows she's awake yet, they'll be here by tomorrow probably.

I chuckle to myself at the thought, Cas yawn before her eyes flicker open. I smile down at her as I stare down at her, "food." She says and I sigh playfully as I smile, "okay c'mon.." I say as I sit up, "can you carry me..?" She ask and I laugh and nod. I pick her up bridal style as I head down to the cafeteria.

"So what all have I missed?" She ask, I sigh.

"Not much babe, it's only been twenty hours." I say and I hear her sigh sadly, "oh..." she says and I chuckle, "just don't worry about it Bee, you're here now and that's all that matters okay?" I look at her, she growls and nods. I kiss her forehead before getting to the cafeteria, I say her down in a chair.

"What do you want?" I ask kindly, "junk food." She says, I sigh and shake my head as I head over to the food. I get her some chips, a burger, a water and I got myself some chips.

I walk back over to her and set the food down in front of her, she immediately starts eating as do I. She finishes in a few minutes, "I haven't eaten solid food in forever, deal with it." She says and I smile and just nod.

I've missed her so. Fucking. Much.
