-Sky's POV-
Well... I have a brother I guess. And it's someone I already know. It's Seto. A dark sorcerer in his own right. But the one part of his statement bugs me. 'He erased my son.'
Does he not know Seto is alive? He did get rolled back 6 years, being two at the time, and four years younger than me today. Maybe because Seto had been reborn into another family, Dad doesn't recognize him anymore. So I stop him. "Dad. Seto is here." He turns to me angrily. "Liar. Seto is dead. He died when I went through the Nether portal."
"Dad! Listen to me for once. Seto is upstairs. Do you want me to show you?" He nods, and I lead him upstairs to Seto and Brice's room. I whisper, "Now be quiet. He's probably asleep, and so is Brice." "Who is Brice?" "Solace. Brice Solace."
He understands, and I open the door. Seto is peacefully curled into Brice, asleep. He and Brice don't shift with the small creak of the door, thankfully. Dad stands in the door quietly, studying Seto. "It's... It's really him." He seems dumbstruck, and happy. And trust me, I've never seen him happy.
Before he can wake Seto, I shut the door. I push him towards the stairs again. Once again down there, we're greeted by Ty and Anthony, Ty on his back, and Anthony standing over him. The dragon is standing to the side, face palming. "You idiots. Tyler, off the floor."
Ty gets up, but stumbles around for a moment. "Damn, Anthony. You hurt, man." "Thank you, Tyler. I try so hard." "Boys. Shut up." "Sorry..."
"I think I've meant to tell you two, but never did. The reason I took you. And the story Devin wants- why I changed myself. Why I hated myself. Here we go.
I had always felt lonely in the End, clearly Tyler will know. He spent his time sparring with endermen for god sakes. Anthony spent his time locked in his tower. But for years I felt so... Lost. Like I needed something to do.
I had somehow caught news of Sky, from one of my thousands of endermen. I knew it was Devin the second I heard the name. I had to figure out how to do something about it. I knew he'd be too powerful, so I had to eliminate him if you wouldn't. When you didn't, I knew he'd fucked up. You can't die, can you Skybrine?"
"No." "Exactly. You fucked up Devin, and you knew it. So I came to the Aether, in search of him to try myself. I ended up killing his mother, and he somehow escaped me.
But I saw Tyler, and Anthony, and felt angry that the parents had let them run rampant. I thought of all the irresponsible things they could've done, and they left their children to run outside. So I took you two to save you. I literally wanted to save you from the irresponsible parents. I knew my realm was calmer, and safer, so I took you home when Devin banished me.
By the way, Devin? It didn't work." "Yeah, no shit, Sherlock." "The endermen presented an idea to me. To give you two the mobility I have. But it didn't work exactly as they'd hoped. You became what you are today. It confused the endermen, and they abandoned the project, letting you run around like this.
It made me laugh, but it also made me think. Why did it change your personalities? Why that and nothing else? It still doesn't make sense."
I didn't know what to think, and clearly, neither did the twins. They looked dumbstruck. Ty screeched, "What?!" The dragon sighed. "Whatever."
The dragon stepped closer to me, and I knew it was the dragon because of the heavy step. I twist my head to face the dragon diagonally, half with my ear, half with an unseeing eye. "Damn. Dad. Really? Why'd you break my glasses. Answer me this time."
"You didn't need them. They didn't do anything but shield your eyes." "They were enchanted. I could see, goddammit. You broke my only way of seeing. Dammit, Dad."
"Oh... You aren't allowed to have them anyway! That's why you're blind. You're not supposed to be allowed to see. It was to settle people."
"Well, they clearly don't care anymore, and I can't see now! You will either somehow get me a new pair, or you take this curse off me. Your choice, Dad. I let you know Seto's alive. You owe me a few years of my life back. Let's start here."
He snapped, "Fine! You'll get your precious glasses back. But I have a price." "Oh m-okay! What." "You and Seto come to the Aether castle tomorrow. One day. Just one."
I sighed. "Okay, fine. Seto won't like it, but okay." Dad did something, and suddenly, he was wrapping my fingers around my glasses. I pulled them on, and I could see again. I blinked, and smiled.
"Thanks Dad. But next time, think of all the possibilities before you act. It works best that way." He scowls at me, but takes my words in.
Brice stumbles downstairs, with Seto close behind. They both look exhausted and burnt out. Seto's arm is still wrapped up to stabilize it, so it's hanging in a sling around his neck. They both freeze when they see who's here. Brice starts to pull Seto back up the steps in panic.
But Seto pushes him away. He steps closer to us. Brice starts to panic, but stands still on the steps, watching Seto closely. Seto tips his head to the side. "Why are you here? What do you want?" Dad shifts, excited, but uncomfortable.
"I want nothing, Seto." He turns to me. "But I'm curious now." He then turns to a frozen Brice. "Who is that?"
"Dad, that's Brice Solace." "Brice. Okay... Then answer this. Why is he here?" "Why not?" My dad doesn't like my answer. He tenses up, and steadies his breathing. He shakes his head, giving up.
Seto is still mesmerized, totally confused. He made his way over to me, past Dad, and far from the dragon and twins. Brice hasn't moved. He wrapped his arm around me, and I hugged him. He needed the confused comfort.
A tear came to my eye. Seto looked so lost, confused, and upset. I wanted to make him feel better, but I suddenly noticed Dad. He was getting closer, slowly but surely. His head was tilted.
Seto crept backwards, running himself deep into my arm and side. The approach of Dad was freaking him out. "Dad. Stop." He froze.
"Well, sorry Seto. I meant no harm. I just wanted to see my boy again." Seto looked up at me. "What's he talking about?" "Um... Seto. Turns out, you're technically my older brother..." "What?! Are you insane?!"
"Seto. You won't remember. You were reborn without those memories. But you're supposed to be two years older than me. Not four younger."
"Um... Sky, I don't think- Oh! Wait. Gimme two seconds." He bolted past Brice, up the steps back to their room. He reappeared with a box. A small one, a jewelry box. He leaned into me again, and opened it to reveal pictures. Little clippings and such, but pictures.
They were pictures of a little baby, and a man who looked like Dad without the glowing eyes. It was a black and white picture, so it must've been old. In the same picture, Dad was smiling happily at the camera with the baby in his arms, sleeping peacefully. Seto flipped the picture to the back of the small stack to reveal a new picture. This was a family photo with Dad, the baby, and a woman.
They all looked very happy, and the baby was being held by the woman. It very clearly was Seto and his mom. But the background was unfamiliar. It was tall, metal structures, a black path with white strips, hundreds of people, and strange, colored metal machines. Where was this taken?
Seto kept flipping through the small stack, to reveal many more pictures with the same background. The structures, people, and machines. Dad had snuck up next to us, and was looking at the pictures sadly. He glanced at me, and saw my confusion. He nodded.
"Sky, those are pictures from Earth. A now non-existent world." Seto jumped, not realizing he was so close, but didn't move. He slowly closed his stack of photos, and closed the box. "How do I have these?" "You must've been holding them when you were erased. Only items you are holding and wearing will travel with you when you are erased."
"So that's how I found the cloak and pictures?" "Found?" "Yeah, they sorta appeared out of thin air on the grass in front of me when I turned three." Dad looked confused, but went with it. "Okay then..."
"Seto, you and I are gonna go to the castle tomorrow." "What? No!" "Seto. It was the price for my glasses. We have to. It's one day." "Okay."
I knew he wouldn't be happy about it, but he has no choice. After a minute of silence, I break it up. I lead a still frozen Brice back upstairs, with Seto in tow. Ty and Anthony go back downstairs to their room. The dragon curls up like a dog in the corner of the main hall, and Dad teleports back home.
I head back up to my room, and take off my glasses once I'm actually in bed. I set them on the window sill next to me for easy access. I drift into sleep pretty soon. I'm exhausted.

-Seto's POV-
The next morning arrives, and I'm jittery. Apparently, Herobrine and Sky are my family, even though I distinctly remember my parents and sister being killed in front of me. Sky appears in the room, past the closed door. "You ready?" he whispers. Brice is still asleep, so we're trying not to wake him. "Yah. Let's go."
We teleport to the castle, and it looks massive from the outside. But this is the place I'd been in before, just in the cell block below. Never in the main body of it before. I spot Herobrine- 'Dad', on the one balcony. He spots us, and disappears inside.
The gates open, and he reappears there, not far beyond the open gate. "Welcome home, both of you." My energy fades as I walk in, and I black out.
-A few hours later-
I wake up in a bedroom. There's gold ingots laying on everything! The dresser top is layered twice in them, the carpet is laced with them, every door frame has them, the bed's backboard has a few... Whoever it is loves gold too much. That's a fact.
(-A/N- Guys, I know it's budder, but it's Seto, not me!)
Sky appears in the doorway. "Feeling okay?" "Yah... Where am I?" "My room. Like?" I just nod, still very drained from earlier.
"What time is it?" "It's only been about 20 minutes... What happened?" "Sudden energy drain. Dunno why." He helps me up without disturbing my wrapped arm. "C'mon! Let's get you familiar with the castle.
