Arabella's POV

OH MY GOD! Her sons are so hot! Why the heck do they have to be so hot? I notice that Seth keeps looking at me with an intense gaze. Is he trying to read my mind or something? I lift up my head completely when I notice that Nick is asking me a question.

"Do you like to go swimming? Do you like to go snowboarding? What school do you go to? How old are you? What's your favorite color?" All these questions he's shooting at me and I don't know where to start. I notice that his brothers are staring right at me so I realize that I have to answer.

"Umm. Yes, yes, Everdeen Highschool, 15, and i prefer purple."

All of them stare in shock as I answer the questions, probably because I said that i like to go Snowboarding (Despite being a girl, I love to play sports). With a blink of an eye, Nick is next to me and saying that we should go snowboarding in the winter and of course, go somewhere where it snows very hard .. More challening. I tense as I notice how close he is, making me flustered. He realizes it too and instead of moving away, he comes closer. I hear a growl coming from my father and in the blink of an eye, he is gone.

Nick's POV

She's really pretty. I notice that she has electric light blue eyes and I can't stop staring at them. She doesn't speak though. I guess I have to break the ice in the awkward atmosphere. I didn't know what to say, so I just jumbled a bunch of questions together. "Do you like to go swimming? Do you like to go snowboarding? What school do you go to? How old are you? What's your favorite color?" Oh great, I probably sound like a stalker.

She looks up at me in a intense gaze. Wow, her eyes are georgeous! Finally she answers.

"Umm. Yes, yes, Everdeen Highschool, 15 and I prefer purple." All of us stare in shock. So she can speak? I then realize that she likes to go snowboarding. I rush towards her and show a wide grin. As I speak about going snowboarding, I see her fidget and she looked flustered. I realize how close we are and I had a sudden urge to get closer. I scooted closer when her father growls and gives me a deathly glare. I sprint back to my chair, flustered about her dad noticing how close we were. My brothers were smirking after hearing him growl at me. I guess I should try to get on my "Step-dad's" good side. For the rest of the night, I keep my mouth shut, much to my family's shock, and I just listen in on Richard talking about Arabella.

"She is very bright and has a talent for music. She can sing and dance gracefully, just like her mother." Richard goes on and on talking about her and I see her feel peeved.

"Dad can we please stop talking about me and start talking about someone else?" She insisted. I could tell she was getting annoyed and flustered as her father kept talking about her as if she wasn't there.

"What sweetie?" he frowns, "It's not like i'm telling them something embaressing like the fact that you've never been kissed before." She immedietly chokes on her water and everyones eyes go to her. Has she seriously never been kissed before? Aww, that's so cute.

"DAD!? ARE YOU SERIOUS!" She let's out a huge sigh and finally says, "I hate to cut this dinner short but I have a report due tomorrow and I really need to finish it."

"Oh, of course. Don't worry about it Arabella," My mom says, probably understanding what it's like to be embaressed like that.

Before we walk out the door, Arabella quickly runs to the bathroom. Since she was taking to long, my mom decides to send Joel up to get her. We all sat in an awkward atmosphere before I got annoyed so I said I would go get her. I ran quickly upstairs when I see something that stops me in my tracks.
