~Chapter 7~

Min was looking scared into Leo's eyes,  still holding his arms. She was trembling and breathing increasingly difficult. She felt the shivers on her spine.

'Are you okay? Are you hurt somewhere?' Leo asked softly.

Min suddenly came to her senses, and moved away from Leo.

'I'm... sorry. I was careless!' she said, bowing like nothing happened. Leo grabbed her arm when she tried to leave.

'Are you really okay? You had a shock.'

Min looked at the warm hand, which was holding her arm and she felt she couldn't breath anymore, her whole person trembling at his touch. She wanted to jerk her hand. Instead, she withdrawn it slowly, staring at the ground. She bowed again in front of Leo, treating him as a stranger.

'I'm sorry.' she said and walked away, leaving Leo in the middle of the room near the wreckage.

Min went to her desk and touched her temples. Her heart was pounding and she was still shaking from all the joints. It was a real shock for her. She closed her eyes then opened them quickly, imagining what would have happened if Leo wouldn't save her.

She looked at him as he went into the sample chamber, agitated.

'You hadn't to do that.' she thought pained. 'Now you suffer too and I feel even guiltier. Why are you digging up the past? Why do you still look at me as you did before? Why do I feel that I miss you more and more?'

Her thoughts were interrupted by N, who ran at her with a bottle of water in his hand.

Min looked at him startled.

'Are you okay?' N asked, handing the bottle to Min, smiling.

'Um... yeah...' Min said, pulling her breath.

'I'm happy that nothing happened to you. Be careful in the future! We don't want to lose you!' he said and went back a few steps to withdrawn.

'Um... Excuse me!' she stopped him.

'Yes?'

'You can talk to me comfortable. You're older than me so I must be the one who speaks formal.' she said, trying to smile.

'No! Let's do it like this!' N said and approached Min. He stretched his hand toward her. 'I'm HakYeon!'

Min was surprised by N's gesture and she shook hands with him.

'I'm Kim HyoMin!' she said shyly, like she never was.

'Perfect! Now we're friends and there's no need to use the formal language!' he said smiling. He was like a child.

'Ah... friends?' she said and she smiled. 'Of course! We're friends!' Both of them laughed.

'Are you staying with us today to eat? Or... you have a busy schedule again?'

Min thought about Hyorin's words when she scolded her because she was rude last time.

'Anyway, a free meal doesn't matter. What can happen? There will be just people who will be eating together.' she thought.

'I don't have any schedule today.' she said. 'So, I think I'll stay...'

'That's good! You can meet the other members!' N said enthusiast. 'See you later!' N said and raised his hand.

Min clapped hands with N.

N went into the sample room, and Min sat on her chair smiling.

The previous moment made her feel really good and she could forget about what happened with the decoration. She was still smiling like a happy child who made a new friend.
