HOLY.
GEEZ.
WAS THIS THEIR HOUSE!??
I checked the address Christina gave me, because I was like 90% sure that this was a hotel.
Yup, I was at the right place.
I parked the car on the side of the road, and began the trek up to their front door. I rang the doorbell and an older man wearing a tuxedo answered the door.
"Hello miss."
"Uh, hi, is Christina here?" I asked nervously?
"Yes, she is miss, would you like me to inform her that you're here?"
"Yeah thanks. Tell her It's Tori."
"Right away miss" he said striding off into the spacious entryway.
They have a butler?!!
Hot damn, their parents must make some big money. I stepped through the door into the massive expanse of marble and expensive-looking stuff.
A long marble entryway opened up to a grand staircase, chandeliers hung every few feet and tasteful chairs and tables were scattered around the area. This single part of the Walkers home was probably worth more than my entire house.
A house this big was also bound to have some sort of high tech security system, right? So how could anyone break in here?
These thoughts pounded on my brain until the butler (who's name tag I had noticed said Jarves) returned.
"You are welcome to follow me to the sitting room miss Tori."
"Ok thanks a lot ." I replied following him through the house towards the sitting room.
When I entered behind Jarves, I noticed Christina, as well as her parents, and Megan (who was texting) sitting there. Mr. Walker stood up to greet me.
"Welcome to our home miss..."
"Jameson" I answered.
"Ahh. Welcome Miss Jameson." He said in a soft but stern voice. "Christina has told us a lot about you and your mysteries. Thank you for coming on such short notice."
"No problem." I answered.
"Well then please sit!" Said Mrs. Walker, a tall, slim woman with blonde hair cut to her chin, and a soft face.
"Let's begin then!" He said.
