I groaned loudly as i came to consciousnesses, my body and head felt like lead. The top of my head was wrapped with a bandage, probably to stop blood flow from the wound i acquired from that tree i hit my head on. Too weak to try to look around i closed my eyes and just numbly lie there.

Beneath me i could feel a soft plush bed with silk sheets, outside i could hear birds chirping happily and trees swaying to a mild breeze.

Gaining enough strength to get up, I slowly rose up ignoring my pounding head. To my astonishment in front of me was a breakfast fit for a queen, beside it lay a small note with elegant writing.

I opened the note that as signed for me, it was from Leo informing me he had curse so he slept a death like sleep during the day and i would have to tend to myself until nighttime. I didn't mind as he had done the courtesy  of making me a grand breakfast.

Laid out on the table in front of me was a stack of waffles drizzled with chocolate sauce and strawberries on top, next to that were poached eggs on golden toast slathered in butter, a hot bowl of delicious  oatmeal and a steaming cup of fragrant coffee.

I savoured the test of the sweet tea as I took a last long sip. Setting down the cup, I made up my mind to escape, I know he saved me and all but we definitely cannot ignore the fast he's an obsessive pscyo path. So now all I had to do was find my way down the mysterious hallways of Leo's house.

Cautiously , i opened the door as I soundlessly made my way out of the plush bedroom, there in front of me extended a elegant simple hallway with several doors on either side and at the end was a spiral stair case leading to the unknown.

As I lightly crept down the stairs I started debating about Leo, I had decided to make a run for it. Though I owed Leo gratitude for his kindness, he was still so dangerous and unpredictable. He probably just saved me for his own selfish reasons.

I looked around once I got to the bottom of the stairs, I was unmistakingly standing in a living room decorated in a antique manner and bingo, there sitting grandly on the wall was a large grandfather clock. Damn! I had to hurry, it was already 1pm! Judging that sunset would be at 7pm I had roughly 6 hours to run, without my damn shoes!!! Omg how could I forget the most crucial things for survival 101.

(So ik I've been gone for ever! You can kill mee, I deserve it. Love all the support I've gotten so far, I'm having a bit of writers block so feel free to dm me any ideas. I'd highly appreciate that x :).)
