I sat in my bed and just stared up at the ceiling.

There was knocking at my door, and I stared at it hoping it would open itself.

" Come in." I said and Anna emerged with a kind face.

" Morning." She said sweetly and I sat up. " You seem upset ever since last night." She said and I sighed.

" Come here." I said and she walked over to me as I sat on the edge of he bed.
I closed my eyes and grabbed her waist and pulled her close to me. Imaging Mary's green eyes staring at me.

I opened my eyes to snap myself out do it and stare at the blue eyed in front of me.
How do I not like Anna?

I mean, she is beautiful, sweet, kind.

" Let's do something today." She said smiling and I smiled and stood.

I cupped her face and kissed her, dying to feel something.

" Let me get dressed, and go pick something to do." I said and she smiled and walked out, closing the door behind her.

I put on a suit, and stared the window, thinking somehow Mary would climb through and say it was all a joke.
But she didn't.

I walked out and took Anna's arm in mine as I put my hand in my pocket.
We walked or the foyer and Andrea stood at the door looking very frightened.

I stopped and she turned to me looking scared as ever.
I pulled Anna back and held up my hand signaling her to stay put.

" Andrea, what wrong?" I asked and I walked to the door to see the kind of Nolèa standing in our doorway.

" Andrea go inside and accompany Anna as I speak to Mr. Hanson." I said stepping out onto the stone steps and closing the door behind me.

" Hello Matthew." He said and I crossed my arms and stood tall, so I towered over the small man.

" My name is Mr. McCallister to you." I said and he laughed.

" I'll call you whatever I'd like." He said and I furrowed my brow and glared at him.

" you aren't welcome here, so quickly, what do you want?" I asked coldly and he smiled menacingly.

" I want you lead my army in an oncoming war I've gotten myself into." He said and I laughed almost hysterically.

" Always getting yourself into trouble are you?" I said loudly. " I would never work for you." I spat and he sighed.

" Don't want the same fate as your brother I see." He said pursing his lips.

I was about to punch him when he put up his finger.

" I can make you." He said and I glared at him. " I'll show you why you will listen to me." He said taking a step down one of the stone steps.

" What, my dumb love letter?" I said cocking an eyebrow.

" Oh no boy, something you want to see." He so as turning around and walking down the steps. " Someone you might miss." He said and I felt my blood boil.

" What?" I asked like I hadn't heard.

" I have someone, you may miss, Mr. McCallister." He said mocking me.

I followed him down the step and pulled on his arm so the coward could face me.
He almost tumbled over but I pulled him up to face me.

" What the he'll are you talking about?" I said through my clenched teeth.

" If you hit me, you'll never find out." He said struggling for air.

I let go of him and o walked to my car as he walks sit his.

I followed him to Nolèa and we drove to their dungeons.

I exited my car and followed him inside.
The guards took us down two levels.

I felt my stomach clench, as I knew what was going to happen.
We walked all the way down the hall, and then the guard pushed some hay on the ground to the side and revealed a hatch which he opened and Mr. Hanson and I descended.

It was damp and dark, their were few torches.

We turned the corner and then I saw him.

I stopped in my tracks and he lay on the ground facing the other way.

" Harrison." I whispered and he turned around and I could feel the tears roll to my eyes.

I turned to Mr. Hanson and my breathing sped up, my heart rate eagerly quickening.
My blood boiled and as soon as I knew it, I nailed him to the wall with my arm on his neck, ready to end his life.

" Let him go!" I yelled and he shook his head and laughed.

" Not until you do what I want." He said and i tightened my and against his throat.

" I will kill you." I said threatening him.

" That would be dumb, I have guards all over and you'll go to he same place as your brother." He said and I felt like ripping his head off.

" All these years. Why?" I asked and he laughed and tugged at my arm.

" For this moment." He said. " I knew you'd grow to be superior, so I need you in my side." He said. " Let go of me and we will work this all out."

I reluctantly let him go, shoving him hard against the wall as I did so.

I turned to Harrison and he was now standing and staring at me.
He cried, and he reached his hands through the bar to reach me.

I took his hand and started to hold back tears.

" I need you to lead my army, and when you come back with success, your brother will be yours." He said rubbing his neck.

" Or. I can kick your ass and take Harrison with me, and go tell your kingdom what you've done, riots will break in your streets and you'll finally be put to justice." I spat and he laughed.
the

" I can have him moved before you get to my kingdom." He said snapping his fingers. " Then no one can have him." He said acting like he cared.

I had only one thing to do, do what I was told.

" I'll lead your army." I said and he clapped his hands.

" Glad to do business with you son." He said holding out his hand.
I glared at him and stared at his hand in disgust.

" When do I leave?" I said taking Harrison's hand.

" In a week. Say your goodbyes." He said and I nodded.

" Harrison, do you remember me?" I asked and he pursed his lips.

" Matth-ew." He choked and I nodded, trying not to let the tears spill.

" It's me." I said. " In going to get you out of here." I so as and he clasped my hand with both of his and tried to smile through all his tears.

" No word to anyone about this." Mr. Harrison said.

" You have my word, as long as I have yours." I said flaring at him.

He nodded.
