"Well I think we should just do it in Alex's backyard " renae said.

I rolled my eyes . Right now me and renae were sitting at Starbucks trying to plan a party for the twins.

"Why his backyard ?" I asked.

"Well do you have a house with a backyard ?" She asked.

" hey ! I just got back to Cali and I can get one before there birthday trust me " I answered sipping on my coffee.

"OK well I still think it should be at his house "

I shrugged "maybe".

"You should talk to him about it " she said biting into her cookie.

That's exactly what I wanted a cookie.

"Uhm..yea No he be pushing my buttons he acting brand new like he Acting like I can't put him in his place " I snapped .

Renae laughed "girl stop y'all were meant for each other EVERYONE knows this it don't matter if ya haven't seen each other in 3 years I know you still got love for him and he still got love for you y'all just fronting " .

I looked at her and tilted my head maybe she's right I still do got love for him . but it's just the way he acting got me second guessing.

"Ok well you ready to go ?" I asked gathering my items.

"Yea come on " she said. We both got up from where we were sitting and left Starbucks.

"I gotta go run some errands if you down you can come ?" Renae said as we walked towards her car.

"Sure " I said.

"Wait no I want you to talk to Alex never mind "

"Ugh ! Nae I don't feel like talking to him my day was going good why shall you must try to ruin it?" I asked while opening the my side and getting in.

"No ones trying to ruin anything you guys just need to talk and stop acting like when you were 16 y'all 22&23 now " she said starting the car and driving off.

I rolled my eyes "maybe I don't wanna act 22"

"Well you need to cause you should set an example for your kids " .

" what are you talking about I'm setting a great example for my kids just cause I don't wanna associate with the father don't mean nothing "

She sighed "Whatever trina just do this for me ".

I ran my hand through my hair and pouted "alright "
