The War of Gods

Chapter 7

Jessie POV- I've never seen Vince so angry before. All that angry almost killed a god! A bloody God! I walk over to the bed to see Vince sitting next to Belle "Is it fine if James and I go take on Artemis and Apollo?"  He looks up from Belle "Jessie are you crazy you going up against the twin gods that's crazy." James walks in "Vince don't worry we'll be fine." My brother stares at James with a stern look "My little sister and Luna better come back safely got it Fish Brain?" Belle looks up "OK what the heck are with these nicknames?" I shrugged "They are being boys. So can we go Vince?" He has to say yes ether way I'm going "Fine but be back bye sunset. If Apollo is up for setting the sun." Yes he said yes. I grabbed James hand and shadow travel out of the cabin to the island Ortygia where the twins would be found.
Vince POV- I touch belles hand as she sleeps. Suddenly she jerks up. "Ow!" She yells. "What happened?" I say to her confused. "You just shocked me" she says. "Static electricity" I reply shrugging. "James and Jessie went after Apollo and Artemis. We should probably go he-" I start to say as we both Suddenly appear in the underworld. I draw my dagger. "What are we doing here?" I ask Belle. "I have no idea. Keep your guard up" she replies and we move forward. Suddenly hades appears. "Dad? Why are we here?" I say. "There's something you should know. I'm not your father. We put a spell on you so you'd be a "son of hades" but it was temporary and it is stopping now. We didn't want you to know cause your real dad+ your mom is weird. The truth is, your real dad is Zeus. Zeus and Aphrodite. Weird right?" He says to me. "What the Hades... Hades!!" I say shocked. (Hey shocked...) "that's how you shocked me" Belle says. "Here's the catch. Your real powers are coming out but your other ones won't leave. So you'll still be able to do whatever it is you did before, but also with new powers." He informs me. "Sweet!" I say. "Now it may take some getting used to so if take it sl-" he says but I grab Belle and we fly out on a cloud I summoned. "Or not" he finishes. Belle looks at me. "Your eyes look like different. Almost like lightning." She says. I kiss her. "So what?" I say as we land at the camp.
Jessie POV- We arrive at Ortygia. We see Artemis fighting with her Roman self Diana and Apollo is fighting with his Roman self Apollo "Well looks like my wolf pup has come back to her mother." I her Artemis say looking at Luna "Luna! What are you doing here!?" She growls "I wasn't going to let you fight her alone." Stubborn wolf. While I was distracted Apollo blasted me into the ocean behind us "JESSIE!" I hear James call out and he summons water and pushes Apollo back. I fell into the ocean. I started to feel stronger then I end up in Poseidon's Temple "What in Hades name am I doing here!?" I see Poseidon appear "Hello my dear there's something you need to know." Hades appears "Dad! What the heck is going on? I have to get back to James and Luna!" Hades puts his hands on my shoulders "Jessie, your not my child. Your my brother Poseidon's child. We made a spell to make you grow up thinking you were mine. Don't worry you'll still keep the powers I've given to you but you'll gain the powers of the Sea God. You'll be one of the strongest minor gods there is. Now go and defeat those twin." I look at Hades and Poseidon before I  appear back on land. I see my half brother James fight the gods, I bring dead spirits from the water and tell them to attack. I stand in the water and make a huge wave to knock the twins out "How the heck are you doing that!?" I laugh a little then I trapped the twins and sent them down in to the Underworld. I grabbed James hand "Lots to explain. Have to get back to camp and I'll explain everything. Luna meet us there." She barks then we shadow travel off that island back to camp.
Vince POV-  I hear Hades in my head. Oh yeah and Jessie is a daughter of Poseidon but you know you're a son of Zeus so all is well. I hear him say.
