Chapter 18. A Whole Lot Of Surprises!

Hiiiiii! How are you guys???

Yes, I know it's been years, but now my exams are finally over and I'm free from school for THREE WHOLE MONTHS! YIPEEE!

So now there will be more frequent and regular updates, I promise.

Things are going to change from the next two chapters. The drama shall begin.

Chapter 18. A Whole Lot Of Surprises!

Harry's POV.

It had been two weeks since Emma's graduation. Emma and I had gotten pretty close over the past weeks. We had also almost been caught getting cosy by Liam, which scared the crap out of me.

Ever since, Emma and I had kept the touching and kissing to a minimum.

Emma was gradually loosening up towards me. Yes, she was still shy and innocent, but shehad become more open and free with me compared to before.

We had gotten to know more about each other.

Since the boys and I didn't have many important things to do, we got to spend more time at home; which meant more time with Emma. Things between us were going great. Since we hadn't celebrated Emma's graduation properly, Liam had thought of a surprise party. We wouldn't be able to have one later since we were going back to work tomorrow. Danielle would also head back home tonight.

It was only 9 am, but everyone was up and about, to make sure Emma's party would be ready. Emma however was still curled up in bed, clueless to what was happening around her.

I walked down the stairs, only to see everyone running around in the living room.

"Niall! Did you get the streamers?," Liam asked.

"Yeah, purple and blue. Just like you wanted," Niall answered shutting the door behind him.

I walked upto him, taking the brown paper bag from his hand.

"Thanks,"

"No problem," I replied.

"Dani, I need to go pick up Emma's gift. Could you please go collect the cake? It should be ready in about an hour."

"Sure babe!,"Danielle replied before grabbing her car keys and going out the door.

"Hey Liam, we've wrapped up all the other gifts. What else do I do mate?," Zayn asked, coming out of the store room, with Louis right behind.

"Um, actually Zayn, could you please take Emma out? While she's gone, Harry, Lou and Niall could decorate the house till I'm back," Liam said.

"Yeah sure. Let me go wake her up," Zayn said.

"No! I- I'll do it, since I have nothing better to do," I exclaimed.

Liam gave me an odd stare while Louis and Zayn looked at my disapprovingly. Niall just seemed confused. I'm not sure if he even knew about Emma and I.

"Um...okay," Liam replied uncertainly.

I jogged up the stairs, and quietly opened the door to Emma's room. She was curled in to a ball, snuggled right under the white blanket, her head hidden beneath.

I smiled at the sight in front of me.

I walked towards her bed and sat down, just admiring her. She looked so peaceful and angelic. A few strands of her brown hair poked out from the top of her head. The few streams of sunlight illuminating her features.
