Chapter Six
"Why the fuck would you go out to eat with a stranger!?" Austin argued on the way to school the next morning.
"Austin. He's a neighbor. He's just repaying us back from my mother making dinner. Don't worry!"
It's so weird how he's caring so much. I understand that my bestfriend is trying to protect me but he's not even acting like a best friend. He's acting like a married husband with all this arguing. Jeesh.
"I just feel uncomfortable with you going without your mom."
"You shouldn't be the one feeling uncomfortable. Your not the one going. Austin, listen to me. I respect how you feel. Your my best friend and I love you. But I'm 17. I'm almost an adult. I can look after myself."
"I know." He smiled before rubbing my arm.
We reached the school and we were laughing at this retarded song that turned on the radio before jumping out of the car.
"So he's just a neighbor?" Austin questioned. God! Why is he bringing the subject up again? I thought we were over this. I'm sick and tired of arguing.
"Yes Austin." I said following his gaze. "... A neighbor that goes to the same school. No biggy. Your still my BEST FRIEND!" I announced before hugging him and running so he couldn't tickle me down the hall way again.
I went to my locker like usual. This time no weird days like yesterday. Austin went to his locker. Like normal. Today will hopefully be a normal day. Cause I do NOT! Need a weird day. So I said goodbye to Austin before going to my first class. BLAH! Gym class. I hate having gym first period. It sucks!!!
So I grab my clothes from my locker and run into the girls locker room before stripping out of my Hollister skinny jeggings and flip flops along with my red cheetah print Hollister shirt.
I throw my curly brown hair in a poney tail and run out into the gym and to the treadmill to run. And that's when I see him. My mystery guy. Lifting weighs and in a skin tight white beater. His face looks moist, as if he has been slightly sweating. Thank god Austin wasn't in this class or he would be pissed watching my stare at mystery boy. DAMMIT! I have to find out his name. So im gonna go find that out now. But instead of walking off the treadmill, I accidentally trip and fall flat on my face.
"Ugghhh" I moan getting pulled up by someone.
"That was a.... Uhh. Smoothe. " the person said. Obviously a boy, due to the voice. I look up to protest and possibly argue but then it's him. Yes, my mystery boy.
"Wanna help me?" I said, ignoring his rude remark.
"Are you okay?" He sincerely asked.
"My ankle hurts like hell so yeah I'm fucking amazing!"
"Language Ms. Allen!"
"Oh please, shut the hell up. There's no teachers here."
"Actually, your talking to one right now."
OH MY HOLY FUCK! My mystery guy is my gym teacher... Just my luck. Which means... He has to be over 18. Which also means... Those "sibilings" are probably his children. YUCK!
"No, they were not my children." He laughed.
Oh god, I must be talking out loud again. I tend to do that alot.
"I'm sorry.. I just thought.."
I blushed embarrassingly.
"I know. And your mystery guy has a name."
"Oh yeah? And what's that?" I said, suddenly ignoring the pain and enjoying this game.
"Matthew Clemings. Mr.Clemings to you.. In school." He smirked.
"Oh please, like ill be seeing you outside of school." I said, grabbing a nurse pass and heading out the door when I hear him say
"I'll pick you up at 6:30 at your house on Friday for dinner!"
Then just like that, I walked faster. Not caring about the pain. I just want to get the hell out of there. I have a fucking date with my gym teacher.
