My Godfather is a story I've had in mind for quite some time now. I've always wanted to explore the father and son relationship between Sirius and Harry that could've been had Sirius been cleared.
If you guys read ahead, you will find that my portrayal of Sirius Black's character is different from what I've come across so far.
I was miserable when Rowling killed him off in OOTP so this story is a sort of personal mission for me.
My portrayal of him is slightly darker, powerful, fiercely protective, unswervingly loyal and utterly merciless towards those who cross him or try and go after the ones he loves.
In this story, Harry was abused by the Dursleys so his portrayal varies from cannon. I'm a real sucker for fluff and cuddles so you will excuse me for describing Harry as a smol bean.
