Autumn

The blonde boy with the pink on the tips of his hair. The handsome guy with canine bites. The charming man with bright green eyes. The one who took me in when I had nowhere else to go. The one who didn't look at me weird. The one who-who took my innocence. Of course we're just friends.

With benefits.

When he's had a tough day, I'm there for him in any way.

We have a friend, Pierce, who moved in with us not too long ago. He's quiet, but friendly. He has black hair that's long on one side and short on the other and brown eyes.

Then there's Austin. He has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He also has angel bites. He is talkative but monotone at the same time. He knew Atty from his past.

He moved in with us last month.

They all worked so I was usually home alone for a few hours.

I didn't mind it though. I kept myself occupied. Living in a house with three messy eighteen year olds had its upsides.

I also made myself a garden in the backyard. I grew my own fruits and vegetables. It was cheaper this way.

Speaking of gardens, I walked towards the backyard and examined mine.

I pulled a few carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, corn, and some other stuff to make dinner.

Glancing at the clock, I saw that it was five. I had about an hour before anyone got home.

At exactly six fifteen, Pierce walked in with a small bag behind his back.

"What's that," I asked curiously peeking over his shoulder.

"Your birthday present.

"Oh I forgot that was today. You shouldn't have got me anything," I said seriously.

They shouldn't be spending money on me when bills needed to paid!

"Shut up and be grateful," he said while giving me the bag. It was a phone. "I got for cheap since I work at the place. Plus we all have phone and you needed one too."

Obviously he would get me a phone from where he worked, which was some Apple Store. I just didn't think that he would get me a pink phone.

Pink was my favorite color.

"Thank you. I made dinner." He nodded and went into the kitchen.

Austin got me a shirt that I've been looking at every time we went out. It wasn't exactly cheap.

Atticus came home and ran upstairs.

"What was that," Austin asked from the couch.

"I honestly don't know. Atty just ran upstairs like a freaking cheetah."

Oh here he comes.

"Be ready to shower me in kisses," he said with the usual cocky smirk plastered on his face.

"Why w-would I do t-that?"

He lowered himself on the ground and pulled a puppy from his back.

I smiled and rubbed its head.

"He reminded me of you so I thought 'why not'." I rolled my eyes.

"It's nice to know that I remind you of a dog," I said causing Austin and Pierce to laugh and the smirk to drop from Atty's face.

"You know that's not what I meant. It's small, red headed, and quiet. Now give me a thank you kiss."

I rolled my eyes, but obeyed and pecked his lips.

"Thank you guys. But seriously. Stop buying useless things and pay the bills or we won't have a house to live in."

"Yes Autumn," they said simultaneously.
