Chp 3: Settling In

Maggie's POV

Dear Diary,

It's been three days since the boys, Eleanor, and Perrie have boarded. So far, Louis, Eleanor, and Harry have fallen overboard. Louis thought he heard Kevin, it turned out to be a seagull, and fell oveboard when leaning over the rail. eleanor screamed out "my Louis!!" and jumped in after him. Harry was sitting on a rail and flirting with me so I pushed him over. I decided that today I would call everyone to the kitchen and give them an official tour of my boat along with a little bit on my past. It went well and I think, maybe, just maybe, this could be fun.

I closed my diary and sighed. "Maggie! Where are you?' I heard Ruby call.

"Here! Hold on." I picked up my pillow and placed my diary under it. Then I grabbed my apron and walked out.

"whats for dinner?" Ruby asked.

"You'll see when I'm done with it." I replied and went to the kitchen. I was followed by literally everyone on board. They like to watch me cook for some reason. Louis sat at the counter with Eleanor in his lap, Zayn sat next to them doing the same with Perrie, Harry sat with them, and Niall and Liam sat on the floor. Ruby stood by the fridge. I sighed and got out the potatoes in which I cut up and boiled to make mashed potatoes. Then I made the steak. When I was done Niall was drooling. I giggled and set the table. Everyone sat down and stuffed their faces.

"Wow Maggs! This is amazing!!" Niall comented and everyone else nodded agreeing.

"Thank you Niall." I beamed and finished my meal. Then I put my plate in the sink, grabbed some lemonade and a blanket, and went out on the deck. I placed down the blanket and lied down staring at the stars. I was thinking about my mom when I realized I was crying. I quickly sat up and wiped my eyes.

"It will be okay Maggs." I turned around to see Ruby sitting criss cross behind me. She started to play with my hair. I kissed her cheek softly.

"I know." I said softly, and got up to do the dishes. I walked to my room and grabbed my ipod. I changed into grey pajama shorts with white polka dots and a purple tank top and socks. I then walked to the kitchen to do the dishes. I'm pretty sure everyone is asleep so I started dancing around the floor and singing while I did the dishes. It wasn't long before a One Direction song came on. I started singing to Live While We're Young and sliding around the kitchen sweeping the floor and using the broom as a microphone. I jumped out of my skin when all the boys walked in and joined in with my singing. I smiled wide. I could feel my cheeks burning, but I didn't care and I just sang with them. Soon Eleanor, Perrie, and Ruby came in...

Liam's POV

I was sleeping like a rock when I heard my door swing open and four pairs of feet run in. Louis jumped on me and shook me like crazy.

"what the hell Louis?? I was sleeping!" I hollered.

"Oh quit you're bellyaching and get up! We have something to show you." Louis sounded really excited so I got up and put on my black fuzzy robe. I walked out and followed the boys to the kitchen. I heard a beautifal sound getting louder and louder. When we got to the doorway, we saw Maggie dancing and singing our song. I beamed and it wasn't long before Louis joined in along with the rest of us. Maggie jumped and blushed, but kept singing with a beautifal smile. Soon the rest of the girls joined in.

Maggie's POV

When the song ended we burst out laughing. I was gasping for air when all of a sudden, Louis pantsed Harry, showing his Care Bear undies. That started a whole new wave of laughter. when we finished I walked out of the kitchen to the deck again. I climbed to the very top of my boat and looked up at the sky. By now the sun was beginning to rise in the distance. Geez! Have I really been awake this long?

"Do you come here often?" I heard Liam ask. I smirked.

"Yes, do you?" I asked. He chuckled.

"Can't say I do." I smiled again and hopped down. I was looking into his eyes when I realized he was leaning in. His lips were about to touch mine when I turned and walked away. What was that? Does Liam like me as more than a friend? So many question passed through my mind. I didn't realized where I was walking when I walked straight into the wall and fell backwards. I groaned and held my face.

"Well that was a stupid move." I heard Eleanor giggle. I turned around to see everyone but Liam standing there stairing at me with goofy grins trying to hold in giggles. I started blushing.

"Oh shut up! I was just thinking." I said giggling. I then got up to get dressed. We're docking today for three days to do some concerts. I walked into my room and picked out a white tank top with skinny jean and a brown wool sweater over it and a teal scarf. I added some cute heels. I added some eye line, mascara, and lip gloss and walked out. When I entered the kitchen, everyones jaws dropped.

"What?" I asked nervously. Do I look bad? I looked down at my outfit and then back at them.

"You look hot and sexy babe!" Harry comented. Perrie slapped him upside the head and he yelped. I sighed and went to my wheel. I pulled up to the dock and tied up my boat.

"Hey everyone! We're here!" I called out and walked onto the dock. I looked around until I found Paul. Then I waved to him and he came over to me. He helped us past the fans to the limo. Liam grabbed my hand and helped me into the limo. He didn't let go even when we got in the limo. I smiled deviously at him and he blushed before letting go. I saw in the corner of my eye, Niall glaring at us. I mouthed the word 'what' but he just shook his head and looked out the window. what was that about?
