"Are you okay?" I asked, walking up to her. She ran into my body, sobbing into my chest. I rubbed her back soothingly, calming her down. "Is it Xiu?" She nodded, sniffing. "What happened?"
"Yesterday, I went over his house and he was all angry for some reason. I asked him what was wrong and he suddenly asked if I liked Jongin more than him. I was so shocked that he'd think that, that I was speechless. He took that as a yes and broke up with me." She started crying again when she finished. "I miss him!" She looked up at me. "What do I do?" I dragged her to the sink and took the makeup bag out. As I did her makeup, I spoke.
"I say show our teacher the dance as quickly as possible so you don't anything to do with Jongin anymore. Then, surprise Xiu with something sweet, like a nice present or flowers or just anything. Tell him the truth and ask him to come back to you. Let's hope that works." I finished her makeup and she looked a little better but not that great. I smiled warmly at her.
"Thank you, HyeJong. You could have easily stopped talking to me since you're closer to Minseok but you're too sweet and you talked to me. I hope everything with Jimin goes well for you." I sighed and smiled sadly at her.
"Actually...."

Junghee and I skipped the rest of the classes and decided to hang out in the parking lot after I told her what happened. I never have left school during class hours, but Junghee was a pro and she led me calmly while I freaked out every time I heard a noise. We were in Jin's car. I stole the keys from his locker on our way out.
"You did what?" I asked in disbelief as I was eating my fries from Burger King.
"Kicked him right where the sun doesn't shine and the poor guy could barely walk. I mean, it was an accident. I was trying to kick the soccer ball but it moved and I kicked him instead." We both laughed at her ridiculous memory while eating. This was truly the most happy I've been since yesterday.
Suddenly, someone knocked on the window behind me. We both yelled scared that someone might hurt us. When I saw who it was, I sighed in relief. I opened the car door. "Wanna join us, bro?" Jin sighed and looked at me sternly.
"Did you skip class? Since when did you do that?" Jin asked, clearly angry. I put my food down and looked down.
"This is the first and last time I will skip. It was just we both couldn't think straight and needed some fresh air." He rolled his eyes, giving up.
"Next time, I'm telling mom and dad. Now get out so I can drive."

The rest of the week was eating, school, and work. I hung out with Junghee on some days and Xiumin on others. I avoided Jungkook and Jimin at all costs. Jungkook tried to talk to me a couple of times but I quickly found ways to stay away. I also completed and showed the teachers all my dance projects but one. The one with Jungkook. Also, Namjoon's birthday was coming up that Saturday and Jin wanted to do a party at our house.
That Saturday morning, I was forced to make his cake and set the house up with the rest of their little crew. They call themselves the Bangtan Boys, BTS for short, and I find it completely stupid. Junghee and Xiumin were also there, always helping with different things so they won't cross paths. I sighed. This won't do. The cake wasn't made yet so I left the kitchen and yelled, "XIUMIN AND JUNGHEE MAKE THE CAKE NOW!" They both looked at me like I was crazy. I gave them both the look that said you don't have a choice. They both sighed and entered the kitchen quietly. The boys laughed at their awkwardness. I giggled and went to help blow balloons with Taehyung and Yoongi. Jin and Jungkook (I swear they are stuck together like glue) are setting up the place while Jimin and Hoseok are going to bring Namjoon later.
Taehyung kept yelling at me because I was going way too slow on blowing the balloons. I frowned and tried to blow them faster.
"You're too slow! I'm already on my third one while you're stilling blowing that one. Just go help the other two and tell one of them to help us instead," he grumbled. I glared at him and stormed off to where Jin and Jungkook.
"Jungkook, go help those two idiots with the balloons." I grumbled as Jin passed me some tape and chirped, "I'll go instead~" I looked at him in horror. How dare he?
Jin ran off and we stood there awkwardly. Well I did. Jungkook quickly went back to taping letters that spelled out 'Happy birthday Rap Mon' on the wall. As he was fixing some letters already on the wall, I studied his profile. How does he get his skin to be so flawless? He looks too perfect to be human.
"I need some tape," he suddenly said, breaking my thoughts. I scrambled to break the tape and gave him a piece. He gave a hint of a smile on his face. "Were you checking me out, Bunny?"
"I was not!" I declined but I'm pretty sure my face was turning red. "You have a bug on your face." His eyes widened and he started slapping his face silly, trying to get the "bug" off. I started laughing really hard at his reaction. He noticed how I was laughing and stopped, clearly now understanding the situation. He snickered as I continued laughing until tears came out.
"Let's go put the streamers up, you evil soul," he said, cleaning up a little bit, about to walk away.
"Wait!" I went to follow him but tripped over something. I yelled, closing my eyes, waiting for the impact of the floor, but I felt on something else. Something kinda hard, but it wasn't the floor. I opened my eyes and saw Jungkook staring up at me. Why do I do this to myself?

Yay, finally a HyeJong and Jungkook interaction without Jimin in the way! Hope you enjoyed and I love you all! ❤
