After everyone ate and discussed, we all decided to head to the beach. After over hearing Harry and I talking about it, everyone wanted to come. Of course I wanted them too, Harry needed to bond with them again, or it could not only ruin there friendship, but also their careers. I let everyone get ready, and quickly through on my own clothes. I was currently wearing a black romper with my baby blue two piece underneath.
My hair was just in a top knot, and I had minimum makeup on, water proof of course.
I just pulled on a pair of sandals and my sunglasses and I walked next door. Harry was leaning against the frame of his door.
His back was facing me and he had his hand up to his mouth, taking a drag from the cigarette. His hair was still a mess and he only wore a pair of black sweat pants, his back was muscular and I could see the tattoos covering most of his upper body. I admired him for a minute before clearing my throat.
He turned around quickly, but smiled once he saw me.
"Ready?" I asked.
"I don't know if I can do this." He answered.
"Do what?" I chuckled, making my way over to him. He took another drag before throwing it to the ground, stepping on it to take the light out.
" Go and act like I haven't been completely isolated for the past four months." He shrugged.
" You aren't going alone, you'll have me." I promised.
"I know." He grinned.
" Come on, puts some pants and a shirt on." I smirked, " And try taking a brush through your hair." I laughed, reaching forward and messing his hair up even more.
" I like when you play with my hair." He smiled, and I remember him telling me that this morning. I blushed and took my hand away, looking to the ground at his feet.
He reached forward and took my hand, I didn't know what he was doing, but then he lifted it up to his head and then pulled me into his embrace. I closed my hand on his hair and rested my head on his shoulder.
"You got this." I promised.
We stayed there for a few seconds before I pulled away, "Let's get your stuff together." I reminded him. He groaned quietly before walking over to his drawer and pulling out some navy blue swim trunks. I turned around and looked out the window, hearing him chuckle before he changed. I turned and watched him throw a white t-shirt over his head.
I took a seat on his bed and watched him scramble around the room to get his things together, containing a bag of lotion, his phone, a towel, and an extra shirt.
Lastly, he brushed his hair and through it up into a bun. I laughed at it and he turned to me with a playful smirk.
"What's so funny?" He asked.
"This." I reached to squeeze his bun.
"I like it." I he shrugged.
"Me too." I agreed.
"Are you guys ready?" Liam asked coming in the room.
"Yep." I smiled. Liam nodded, leaving the room. Harry set his hand on my lower back and we walked out of the room with him following behind me slowly.
We walked into the living room where there was a cooler for food and drinks, and a few bags of beach toys; such as beach balls, frisbees, and a tube. Everyone looked ready to go and I smiled.
Liam's friend Hunter was standing by the counter, and I smiled politely at him. He had dark brown hair and bright blue eyes, looking really young. However, the beer in his hand signaled that he was old enough to drink.
I walked out and saw two cars waiting outside.
"Emily, you and Harry are riding with Niall and I." Louis said, "Liam and Hunter are going to pick Zayn and Perrie up from the hotel while we grab some drinks from the gas station." He continued. I nodded, hoping into the back seat with Harry.
"Let's go!" Louis cheered, turning the radio on loudly. Uptown Funk was playing and I sang along, obviously not as good as Niall, but I gained a smile out of Harry when I began singing to him.
"You're silly." He spoke, kissing my cheek briefly. I blushed, but couldn't help the smile that took over my face.
After getting drinks for everyone it took us roughly an hour to get to the beach. The shore looked beautiful, and aside from a few people and the life guards, not many people were here.
The scenery was great, there were boats out on the horizon and people jet skiing. I hoped out of the car once we found a parking lot and took Harry's hand dragging him to the shore. He laughed at me, and I felt like a little kid again.
I haven't been to the beach since I was seven.
My parents took me out of school and we went to the beach, they took so many photos. But, they were all left in the fire.
The water hit my toes, cooling them.
"Is this your first time at the beach?" Harry asked, probably referring to my behavior.
"It feels like it." I said truthfully.
"Hey guys!" I turned to see Louis beckoning us back over to them. Harry let go of my hand and we walked over to them.
" Let's find a place to sit." Zayn said. He held a blondes hair, her blue eyes looked at me kindly and a little smile never left her face. My guess is that she was Perrie.
" Over there." Niall pointed to a location where no one was sitting. I nodded my head in agreement and we all just walked over, claiming the spot as our own. I laid my blanket next to Harry's and put my towel down along with my bag.
Liam set the umbrella up and Hunter opened the cooler and pulled out another beer.
"Hi, I'm Perrie! You must be Emily." The blonde said coming up next to me. Her hair was parted down the middle and swept back into waves. She was wearing a simple grey tank top with high wasted shorts.
" It's nice to meet you!" I smiled back at her.
" I'm gonna set my blanket up next to you, I bet you miss girl talk." She joked, setting her blanket beside me.
" Yeah there constant farting, and cursing has got me wanting some girl talk." I laughed.
"That's gross." She stuck up her nose.
" Planning on tanning?" She asked a few seconds later after getting all her things set up.
"Yes, my skin is getting so pale. Some sun would do it good." I nodded. I looked my at skin compared to hers and there was a big difference, she had a light olive glow to her skin while mine looked white and dry.
She laughed at my words and then was taken an interest in Zayn who was speaking to her.
"You aren't pale." Harry frowned next to me.
" Yes I am." I laughed.
" You have perfect skin." He continued.
"Harry-"
"Stop." He whispered, a small smile playing on his lips. "You are beautiful." He reasured me. It's like he was reading my mind, seeing in my eyes the insecurity's I felt standing next to Perrie.
"Thank you." I smiled back, quickly kissing his cheek. "Will you help me with my lotion." I asked.
"Sure." He smirked.
I did most of it, but once I got to my back I had him rub it on. His soft hands rubbed over my skin and the warmth from them felt better than the sun.
I took my shorts off and laid down on my stomach seconds later and soon felt the sun rays hitting my skin. Harry sat beside me, staring out at the water. I noticed him glance at me every few minutes.
