Gerard was walking by some famous art, admiring all the different brush strokes and
finding all the unnoticed details. He took note of one specific painting, a simple night sky, but personified so the moon is a person, weeping for the sun as the stars try to comfort him. Gerard was startled, so deep in thought when a man with long brown hair and a scorpion tattoo printed on his neck tripped on him. I think I know him.. Gerard thought.
"SHIT!" he cursed, standing up and brushing himself off, but remembered he accidentally knocked someone down. Reaching out his hand and out of breath he said, "Sorry man. I didn't mean to-" but was cut off when he recognized him. Gerard took his hand and stood up, picking his notebook up from the ground. "It's fine." He replied, unaware of the man infront of him. "Gee-" he said, but coughed, covering up his mistake of calling him such a close nickname. "Gerard?" he corrected himself. Gerard jolted his head up and saw who it was. He immediatly threw his arms around Frank's neck. "Frankie!" he said, shutting his eyes tightly, relishing the moment. Frank smiled and hugged him back. "Hey."
Gerard let go and smiled widely, looking at Frank. "Sorry..." he blushed, looking down. Frank smiled and chuckled. "Nah it's cool. You're good. Hey-wanna come over tonight?" His eyes practically glowed as he waited for an answer. Gerard was surprised, but obliged. "Sure. I'd love to." Frank smiled wider and wrote down his number and address in Gerard's notebook. "Alright. I'll see you tonight then." He said, handing back the notebook. "Okay. See you." Gerard replied, smiling wide. They awkwardly backed apart from each other and walked back home, excited for the night to come.
