Surprise

"Mommy" I yelled running to the lady sitting on the couch "Hey baby" She said hugging me "why didn't you tell me you were coming" I asked "I wanted to surprise you" She said as we continued to hug each other, then my dad came over and hugged both of us and my mom just pulled away "what's wrong" I asked "nothing....I'm going to put my stuff in the guest room" she said taking her stuff upstairs.

After that we all had dinner together and watched a movie and my mom was acting weird ever since that hug, later that night I went to bed at 10:00pm but woke up around midnight and I went to the kitchen to get a drink and when I walked past my dads office my mom and him were in there talking "No she's staying here Kira" Said my dad to my mom "Look I just want her closer to her family" She replied "Her family is right here" He said "This is not the kind of family that I want for my daughter...I want her in my life, I have the better family environment I have my parents my siblings and their kids and I have her two younger sisters and I have my husband and I'm pregnant again, I want my new child to grow up with his/her big sister" She said "She's my daughter too!!! And this is a great lifestyle for her to be living...Look at the house she's living in and her closet is huge and she is so happy" He said "Happy?...with all this materialists stuff, I guess she can choose tomorrow" She said "no she's not going to choose...she's a child she's staying here...end of discussion" He said "you know sometimes I wish me and you never had a baby so we could have just gone our separate ways and never saw each other again" she said "Well I'm sorry for being born and making you guys have to see each other" I said and I just ran upstairs crying I could not believe she said that "Now look what you did" Said my dad as he ran upstairs with me "I can't believe I just said that" Said my mom about to cry.

"You know your mom doesn't mean what she's saying" Said my dad laying in my bed with me hugging me while I cried "yes she did" I said through tears then my mom walked in "Baby I really didn't, I was just mad that I don't have custody over you and I don't know why I said that but I feel awful" My mom said getting into the bed hugging me and I couldn't help but hug her back because I bet she really does feel bad and didn't mean what she said "guys was I planned" I asked "No" said my parents at the same time as all of us laughed "but we are happy that you are here" said my dad as my mom nodded and then Anika came in "Baby come to our bed you know you got stuff to do in the morning" Anika said as my dad got up and went into his room and Anika followed and me and my mom looked at each other and rolled our eyes "so what's this about you being pregnant" I asked "I just found out and I wanted to tell you in person and I want you to come live with me" She replied "I don't know yet it's a lot to think about and I'm sleepy" I said rolling over and going to sleep.

The next morning I went downstairs to see my mom and Cookie were in the living room chatting it up and laughing and I walked in and sat in one of the other chairs "You've made a beautiful daughter" Cookie said "Thank you, and same to you, you have three handsome sons" My mom said back "Thank you" Cookie replied "I guess I got to get ready for school" I said getting up and going to get ready.

When I got to school Ryan was waiting for me at the door and he kissed me on the lips "what was that" I said with a giggle "you're my girlfriend" He said and I was screaming on the inside and I just pulled him in and kissed him again and the bell rang and I look over and Wendy was watching us and she walked away mad. In English she walked up to my desk "I don't like that little stunt you pulled with in the hallway how dare you kiss my boyfriend" She said "One he's not your boyfriend he's mine we made it official this morning and two I can kiss my boyfriend whenever I want wherever I want, now please walk away from me" I say with a very big sarcastic smile and she just flipped her hair and walked away.
