Daniel couldn't believe this. He thought he would have more time here before he had to take his daughter away. Seeing those guys walking the street asking people questions was enough for him to be on full alert and have him turning around and going to pack so that they could get out of there. The thought of pulling Amanda away from this life that she loved broke his heart and he couldn't imagine what it would do to her heart. He had to though, those guys were after him for something he should have known better before getting involved in; Horrible guys that will to a whole lot more to him and Amanda if he stayed there. Daniel drove way over the speed limit all the way back to the beach house to start packing all the things that they would need right away and he would deal with the rest later when they were both safe. He threw things in boxes, being careful with some of the breakable things but other than that everything was thrown in the box. He didn't care if he could get more in if he stacked things properly; all he cared about was being fast. He still couldn't believe it had come down to this and he blamed himself for not thinking about things more and doing things to ensure that this wouldn't happen. Daniel knew though that whatever he did they would always find him, no matter what he changed their names to they would figure it out and get to him and Amanda would be in danger. All he could do was prepare her for the day it would happen and he promised himself that she would never be harmed by them. When he heard the front door of the house open and Amanda walk in everything in him fell and he had to prepare himself for her reaction.

Looking around Amanda walked further into the house before following the sounds coming from her dads room. When she got there her dad was frantically putting things into boxes not caring if it was neat or not he just wanted to get them in. "Dad... What's going on?"
"We have to go Amanda."
"What why?"
"Because, it's not safe here anymore."
"What do you mean?"
"Amanda don't ask questions just go to your room and pack your clothes and things you need."
"But..."
"Amanda just do it!" he snapped.
Amanda then did what she was told throwing clothes into boxes that were in her room and grabbing her stuffed animals she couldn't live without. Her dad then threw all their things into their truck and Amanda asked "Are we coming back soon?"
"No, we cant."
"What about Jack?"
"I'm sorry honey but we have to go."
"can I at least say goodbye?" she asked as a tear fell down her face at the thought of not seeing Jack again.
"Be quick," he said before watching her run off to Jacks.
Amanda ran quickly all the way before knocking on their door. Jack then answered it and when he opened the door she flung herself into him and hugged him. Jack was stunned for a moment before he hugged her back and noticed her crying. "Amanda what's wrong?"
She backed off a bit before saying "I'm leaving?"
"What?"
"My dad said it's not safe here, were leaving right now."
"Where?"
"I don't know Jack, I don't want to go."
I don't want you to go Amanda, your my best friend."
