When I next open my eyes, I am in a room surrounded by huge white lights. At first it seems like I am in heaven, until I looked down at my hand. An IV line is leading out of my hand out to a bag on a stand next to me. Looking around more, I see numerous machines surrounding me. From a heart monitor to some wires attached to my head, they are all either in me or on me.

As I attempt to sit up, I see someone rush out of the room I am in. A minute later a team of doctors come walking in. One of the doctors, who is a male, comes up on my side and grabs my wrist. Keeping two fingers on my pulse point. Another doctor, which is a female, comes up on my side and asks me to stay still as she removes the wires attached to my head. The last doctor is standing at the end of my hospital bed talking to someone that I am unable to see at my present state.

Once the two doctors that are doing things to me are done, they say that I am allowed to move around on the bed. That is when I am allowed to see who is in the room with me. As I adjust the bed to allow me to sit up, I see someone I wouldn't expect to be around me standing at the end of the bed.

"Mr Tomlinson, Harry is going to need to be under constant watch. He cannot be left alone or trusted with any items he can use to hurt himself. Even though you may trust him, you cannot let him near anything that can cause any damage to his body. He is going to have to stay here for a couple of days until we have him set up on a different antidepressant, and we are able make sure that his head is alright" the doctor says to Louis who appears to have very red eyes. It's almost as if he was crying over me, but I know that can't be if he hates me.

"Okay that's fine, may I have some time alone with him now? I really want to talk to him" Louis asks looking over at me, giving a small grin at me.

"Yes you may, but just make sure he doesn't get stressed out. His head did suffer some major trauma and after waking up from the coma he was in, we need to be careful with him". Once the doctor is finished talking to Louis, he comes over to me and flicks some switch on a machine before he leaves.

After the doctor left the room, that leaves only Louis and I. Trying to remain calm, I take a few deep breaths. Louis comes closer to the hospital bed.

"May I sit here?" he asks in a guilty tone of voice, referring to the corner at the end of the bed.

"Yeah" I say in return.

The room falls silent for what feels like forever, until Louis speaks up.

"Harry, I was worried about you" he says as a single tear rolls down his face.

"I'm okay. There's nothing to worry about anymore" I say awkwardly in response.

"Haz, you just almost died! You suffered severe blood loss and suffered from a concussion at the same time! What the fuck do you mean there's nothing to worry about!?" Louis says as he start screaming at me with a steady flow of tears now streaming down his face. He sits at the end of the bed with his head in his arms now.

"Louis you don't need to pretend to care about me now. You hate me, don't you remember that?" I say, knowing that right now really shouldn't be the time to bring that up.

"I was fucking mad at you for the text you sent me! I didn't fucking really mean that I hate you! I fucking love you, you big idiot!" he says in response to me.

As if it was planned, my mum comes running into the hospital room ending the small spat Louis and I were having. She comes over to my side and pulls me in for a small hug.

"Harry, baby, I was worried sick about you. Hun, why didn't you tell me or your sister that this began again?" she asks worriedly as she pushes some curls off of my face.

I look over at Louis who has a confused look on his face.

"Mum, I... I.... Well it was just a one time thing really. I am alright, I promise" I say not wanting to let anything slip out before I am able to talk to Louis about everything that has happened in my past.

"Harry. I know when you're lying, and this is certainly one of your worst attempts at it" my mum says with a bit of anger in her voice. Looking over at Louis and then back at my mum, I start feeling nervous. The secret have been hiding for the last few years from everyone is on the verge of coming out in a way I didn't want Louis to find out about it.

"Mum please not now" I say nudge my head in Louis's direction. She looks at me and her eyes open wide.

"You haven't told him yet?" she asks highly surprised.

"No" I whisper bowing my head a bit, feeling bad for never telling Louis my biggest secret, even though we usually tell each other everything.

The room falls silent once again for a few minutes, with my mum expressing a very angry face. Louis is the one who breaks the silence.

"Harry, what haven't you told me?" he asks looking over at me with so much hurt in my eyes and hints of worry also. This isn't how I planned to tell him, but he does deserve to know. Even if I am in a hospital bed, hooked up to different machines. He does belong knowing the truth about me.
