The Beginning of Everything

Quick Note: This one of the stories I posted in wattpad. Since it's about Jerza, so I decided to transfer it in here. Warning: This is AU. Enjoy~

What will you do if met the love of your life while looking for a book?
Can a book make people fall in love?

He is Jellal Fernandes. He has blue hair, brown eyes, and a red tattoo in his right eye. He is one heck of a attractive guy. He believes that love is a shit.

He is not like the other guys. He usually hang out in Fairy Tail . Reading is his favorite waste of time.

She is Erza Scarlet. She has a long and scarlet hair, brown eyes and one of the most attractive woman. She believes that at the right time love will come to her, so she wait.

Her favorite place is Fairy Tail. Why you ask? It is because that place have one of the best books in Japan.

July 7 x791, the day both Jellal and Erza didn't expected.

On that day, it was sunny. Jellal was bored so he decided to go to Fairy Tail. When he get inside of the place, there he saw Makarov Dreyar, owner of the bookstore and grandfather of his best friend Laxus Dreyar.

"Is there anything I can help you, Jellal?" Makarov asked. "Yes, are there any new books that I can read?" The old man smiled. "Yes, there in the last corner we have new books that we got yesterday." He said while pointing at the last corner where there was a sign: New Books. "Thank you very, much."

He walked towards the last corner. There he saw new books. He was astonished. He scanned each shelves that he didn't notice that there is a woman also scanning each shelves. In the last shelve he saw a yellow book. In the book's spine he saw the words written: The Beginning of Everything. It was interesting, he thought. When he grabbed the book, he saw another hand grabbing the book.

Yesterday, Erza heard from Levy that Fairy Tail has new books. She was thrilled because maybe they will have the book she really wanted to borrow.
The next day, Erza rushed towards Fairy Tail. As she enter the place, she saw Master Makarov. She called him master because he helped her a lot when she was a kid.

Makarov smiled and said "Good morning Erza, what can I help you?" She was excited. "Master, do you have a new book called Beginning of Everything?" "Let me see..." the old man said while looking at a paper. "Yes there is, it's in the last corner." "Arigato, Master!"

She rushed towards the last corner. There she saw a blue haired man scanning in the shelves. She quickly scanned each shelves. Then she notice a yellow book. That's what I'm looking for, she thought. When she grabbed the book she noticed that the man also grabbed the book.

They quickly look who grabbed the book they're holding. Their eyes meet, brown to brown. Their hearts beating faster in each second. For the first time their hearts beat like that in an unusual way. In their thoughts, they find the one other attractive. They lost in each other's gaze. Love in first sight, that is what happening now. They didn't even noticed the book fell from their hands until it reached the ground.

"I'm so sorry miss." He said while getting the book. "No, I'm the one should be saying sorry." She said. "Are you borrowing this miss? It seems that you're interested in this book." He ask, handing the book to her. "Yes, how did you know? But if you're borrowing it, it's fine." She was impressed by the man in front of him. "The way you look in the book, it shows how you really wanted to find this book. Not really, the book's title caught my attention." She took the book. "If you insist. Thank you sir." In their thoughts, they want to know his/her name. "Jellal. Jellal Fernandes." He smiled. "I almost forgot. Erza. Erza Scarlet." She smiled back. They stared at each for quite a time. "Hey Jellal, can we grab some coffee? It's the least I can do after you let me borrow this book." He just nodded. "You know Erza, you're quite interesting." She blushed madly. "Shut up," The red haired murmured that made the guy chuckle.

"Come back!" Makarov said to Erza and Jellal as they get out. Love sure is a mysterious thing, the old man thought.

For the rest of the day, they spend there time knowing each other. For the first time in his life, he didn't think that love is bullshit. After years of waiting, love finally come in to her. In the end of the day, they said their goodbyes, give their numbers to each other and agreed to always meet in Fairy Tail. They will remember this day for the rest of their lives.

Days turn to weeks then weeks turn to months. They meet each other everyday in Fairy Tail. They get to know each other better. They know each others favorite book. Jellal like mystery and astrological books while Erza like romance and errotic books. They also knew each other's strengths and weaknesses. They didn't get tired or even get bored at each other's company. They talked, they laughed, they cried, they read books together. During those times they slowly fall in love more with each other.

July 7 x792, one year after their fateful encounter. After months of thinking, they decided to tell how they feel for each other. It was the perfect time to said the words I love you to each other. It was sunny, just like last year. There they was in the last corner of the library, feeling nervous and scared. "Erza. I have to tell you something.." He was cut off when Erza unexpectedly grab the collar of his shirt and smash her lips to his and slowly closed her eyes.

Erza realized what she did. She wanted to pull away but seeing him closing his eyes she didn't but instead she continued. Jellal kissed her back, swallowing the words he wanted to say to her. He pinned her against the nearest wall.

Erza noticed it when she felt the wall on her back and realized she was being caged by Jellal but she didn't mind. They broke the kiss to catch their breaths. He was about to spoke when she kissed him again. Erza wrap her arms around his neck, and pull him closer to her. Jellal holds her close, hands sliding down at her sides. They're kissing each other like there is no tomorrow.

Erza was the one who broke the kiss. They both catch their breaths, lips were swollen from the kiss. They gazed at each other lovingly, smiling like idiots.

This time I will tell her. Jellal thought. He didn't know that the red head also thought the same. "I love you." They both said in unison. Erza blushed, and he just chuckled.

They continued to stare at each other until Erza noticed a yellow book in one of the shelves. It was the exact book that she borrowed a year ago. "Look Jellal, it's the book that I borrowed when we first met." He looked then he smiled. "Brings back memories." He smiled and an idea popped through his mind. "What if this time I borrowed the book?" She smiled. "Sure Jellal."

The Beginning of Everything, the book's title said it all. It was definitely a beginning of everything for the both of them. After all they're each other's everything.
