Project

Jellal Fernandes and Erza Scarlet, they have been best friend for years. Their friendship begun when Jellal helped Erza against her bullies since then they have been closed to each other. People even thought they were dating, but no all they say is that they are best friends. But deep inside, they both like each other. They both saw each other grow into a fine man/woman. They are both seniors in Fairy Tail high.

One time they are both working on some project in Erza's house. When there are projects that is worked by partners and they are classmates they would pick each other as partners.

They are working all night for this project since this is the last until they will graduated in two weeks.

They are both seating in Erza's bed working, when she complained, "Jellal, I'm tired."

He sighs,"Erza we are almost finished. Don't worry you can get your beauty sleep after this." She nods and continued working.

After a few minutes, there is a part of the project he didn't understand so he asks Erza but he saw she was already sleeping.

He nudges her to wake up, "Erza, wake up. We are almost finished."

He gave up since he didn't want to be killed since everyone who will interrupt her sleep will be killed. He slowly lay her in the bed when she unconsciously grab the collar of his shirt and kiss him.
It leaved him blushing, then she said, "I won't kill you since your my best friend and I like you."

Did he heard that correctly? Jellal thought but brush it of since he has a project to finish and they can talk about it.

So he finished their project and was about to stand up to go home when he heard Erza murmur, "Jellal, please stay."

He accept since it was almost midnight and it's already weekends. He slowly lay himself to the bed and close his eyes.

It is early when Jellal woke up, he realized Erza cuddled to him during their sleep. So he slowly untangled himself and was about to get out when he heard her say, "Leaving so soon?"

He looked at her as she sat up and rub her eyes. She is so beautiful. He thought. "I'm just going to the bathroom."

Erza scratches her head, "Oh, I'm sorry," she said guiltily, "You should go now."

While Jellal was at the restroom, she thought of her dream last night where she kissed his best friend and confessed to him. While she hold her lips, she giggled at her dream.

She noticed he come back when the door opened, "Can we talk about something?" Jellal said nervously as he close the door.

She nodded confusedly, she patted the bed for her best friend to sit which he obliged.

"Is this about the project?" Erza ask nervously.

He smiled saying, "No actually and I finished it already since you were already sleeping."

"Sorry about sleeping on you last night." She said sincerely.

"It's okay." He said smiling. He become serious,"It is about what happened last night."

Erza is already freaking out because her dream wasn't a dream after all.

"You kissed me and you said you like me" He said looking downwards.

She noticed that he look so nervous talking about it. "Do you mean it?" He asks suddenly.

There's no point in lying. Erza held his face and he looked at her. She said, "Yes Jellal, I mean it. I like you Jellal, since the day you save me from those bullies."

Silence filled the room until he spoke, " I like you too Erza. Everything about you is so perfect. Your hair, your eyes, your strength and courage, and you."

They both smiled at each other, both slowly leaning until their lips met. All they can feel is butterflies. When they remove from each other to breathe, they lean their foreheads smiling like idiots.

"That was good." He first spoke. "Yes it was." She replied.

Jellal looked at his watch and stands up. "Erza, I have to go home or my aunt will be worried." She just nod.

He run quickly but suddenly stop at her door, "Erza, can I take you to a date?"

Erza smiles. "Yes"

He shoot her a grin,"Good. Tomorrow, I will just text the details. I'll se you tomorrow."

And he runs quickly leaving a smiling Erza.

I finally have something good to write. Sorry it took so long. School is so stressful. Since it is summer, I can write more!! Thanks for liking my fanfics, I appreciate it guys.
