The Letter

"You're not asleep yet?"he asked and took a seat beside me."I'm waiting for you,Kookie."I said and smiled at him."Aww..you sounded so cute when you call me Kookie."he complimented."What?When I call you Jungkook it's not cute?"I asked."Aha..don't be mad my dear..I'm just kidding.."he said and giggled."Oh..I forgot something!"he stood up and went out.I waited for him.I took my phone and checked my phone."11pm?Wow..time past really fast."I said to myself.Jungkook came in while holding something in his hand."What's that?"I pointed at the thing in his hand."The letter omma gave me."he said and showed me."You want to read it now?"I asked."Yes..with you by my side."he answered and sat down.We rested our back at the board of our bed.Jungkook unsealed the letter and started reading the paper.I just look at him since I don't want to interrupt him while he's reading the letter.I realised after a few minutes reading the letter,Jungkook was tearing up.What was written on the letter? "Jungkook,are you okay?"I put my hand on his shoulder.He grabbed my hand and started to cry hard."Why?"I asked in a soft tone.He didn't answer but his grip became really tight.I patted his back and gave him a hug.This can calm him down..He sobbed and he let himself off my hug.

"Ap-appa.."he said while sobbing."Shh...Jungkook,stop crying okay.."I tried convincing him."Read this."he handed me the letter.I read it and it was stated that his father was suffering from leukimia."Omma..she didn't tell me about this.."he said."She said he's dead in an accident."he added."Maybe there's a reason why she did that.Now,don't cry anymore,okay?It hurts me seeing you cry."I said and held his hands."Can I just call her now?I want to know why."he said and I shook my head."Call her tomorrow..maybe she's resting right now."I said to him.He nodded and kept the letter."Thanks for everything,Ah Ra.."he thanked me and kissed my forehead."I'm happy to see you smile again..be strong okay?I'm here with you.."I carressed his hand."I feel like a girl right now.Why did I cry like this?"he wiped his tears and laughed."It's okay to cry,Jungkook.Crying doesn't make you look like a girl either..it showed me more that you love your father.."I said and patted his back."This is the reason why I love you so much."he replied and kissed my lips.He seemed to calm down after our kiss."Are you okay now?"I asked."Ne..let's go to sleep."he pulled the blanket and covered the two of us."Good night,honey..sweet dreams."Jungkook whispered and remover the strands of my hairs."Good night,Kookie.."I smiled at him and moved closer to him until I felt my head was on his chest.He wrapped his arm around my me and we slept.

I woke up and found Jungkook still sleeping next to me.Suddenly,my stomach was grumbling."Aigoo..what do I want to eat?"I said as I got up from the bed.I went to the bathroom amd did my daily routine.I walked downstairs afterwards and went to the kitchen.I opened the fridge and saw the pizza we had last night.Jungkook's birthday cake was there too.I took the cake and ate."Never in my life I ate something sweet in the morning..but for you,baby..omma is willing to eat."I said as I touched my stomach.Later,I felt my waist was wrapped."Good morning.."he whispered into my ear."Oh..Good morning,Kookie."I greeted back."I heard you talking to our baby..aha..I'll talk to him someday."he said."How can you call it him when we don't know the gender?"I asked."It's just my insticts."he said."Let's go out today!I want to buy things for our baby."he said excitedly.

"It's still early okay..aha..but it's fine too."I carressed his cheeks."Okay!I'm going to shower now.."he kissed my cheek and went upstairs."Such a cheeky husband."I said to myself and chuckled.I went upstairs after cleaning the kitchen."Jungkook?May I come in?"I knocked the door as it was still closed."Wait!"he said and later opened the door."Wow..you look so handsome today."I complimented."So I'm not handsome the other days?"he asked."Aniya..today you look more stunning."I said."Ah,okay.As long as you still love me."he winked and went out."I'm waiting for you downstairs!"he added.I took my shower and dressed up.I put a little makeup and went down."I'm ready."I said and found Jungkook was talking on his phone.He walked inside with a sad face."What's with that sad face?"I asked."I asked omma about the letter and she said that she promised to my father to keep it as a secret and let himself tell me about his sickness by writing the letter."he said."It's okay,Jungkook.I know your father is in a better place right now.I'm sure he'll be sad too if you're sad."I patted his back.

"Yeah..you're right.Let's go!"he pulled my hand and locked the doors.We entered the car."Let's have our breakfast first."he said.I nodded my head and let him choose the place to eat.After a few minutes of driving,we reached a beautiful place.A restaurant with a garden theme design."Let's go!"Jungkook unbuckled his seatbelt and went to my door and opened the door for me."Thanks."I thanked him and we walked into the restaurant.We took a seat and a waiter came to out table."Welcome Jungkook,it's been so long since you last came here."the waiter named Park Jimshin said."Jungkook-ssi,Jimin told me that you got married and I heard your wife is pregnant."he said.How did he know Jimin? "Ah..ne..this is my wife,Ah Ra.Ah Ra,this is Jimin hyung's brother.He's same age with me."Jungkook introduced us so,Jimshin is Jimin's brother..okay.."Congratulations!I hope you'll have a healthy and cute baby."he said."Thank you.."I nodded my head.We ordered our food and ate our breakfast.Later,we went to the shopping mall and then!We met...
