Chapter seventeen: I Think I Wanna Marry You

Becky's P.O.V

"Fina! What time is it?" i ask her

"Its 4:00 why?" she asks

"I was thinking me, you salon trip, get our hair done . . . what do you say?" i ask

"Yea, as long as we are back before 9:00 the guys wanna take us out." she says

"It’s a deal then." i say grabbing my purse.

We walk out of the hotel room and down the hall to the elevator. We walk out of the elevator into the hotel lobby before we head out the door. We wave down a taxi and get in.

"Take us to the best salon in town please." i say

"Almighty." the driver says before heading off. We stop about fifteen minutes later at a salon and i give him $20 telling him he can keep the change. We walk in and are greeted by a woman who looks in around her 30's.

"Welcome to jagged edge. How may i help you?" she asks

"We need to get our hair done, im getting mine colored, trimmed and styled. Fi, what about you?" i ask

"Just a trim and style." she says

"Okay you girls take a seat i can squeeze you both in right now." she says cheerfully

"What color?" asks Fina

"Red. Like my sisters. Like my moms. ."I say

"Cool." she says "Im going to keep mine blonde for now."

"Okay, good. You look good with blonde hair i wouldn’t wanna see it any other way." i say

I get pulled off to one side of the salon and she gets pulled off to another.

"So, what color are we going today?" the lady asks

"Red." i say

"Okay. And you want your eyebrows changed too?" she asks "Is there a specific color?"

"Sure. And yes there is, it’s like and auburn color but redder and less brown." i say

About two hours of waiting my hair was finally ready to be washed out. She blow dried it so i could see the color. It was perfect, just like Claire's.  She starts to part my hair and starts cutting small amounts of it off. It doesn’t even look shorter, but now it will be healthier. She straitens my hair they way i tell her to and i walk up to the front desk the same time as Fina, who looks really good. Her hair is curled and

She has new extensions.  I pay for us and we leave walking down the street, we find ourselves outside of a small dinner and walk in. we take a seat at a booth in the back as a waitress comes over to hand some menus.

After looking at the menus we both decide on French fried and milkshakes. About half hour later the waitress brings us our food, just in time for Matt and Jacob walk in and notice us. Well really notice Fina and ask who i was before i spoke and they realized it was me. We sit there and share our fries with them, but tell them to get their own milkshakes. After we finish eating we all go back to the hotel and we start getting ready to go out again in less than an hour.

*********ABOUT AN HOUR LATER*********

We stand in the elevator and wait as it slowly goes down to the hotel lobby. We have decided to make the guys take us dancing. Only tonight im not going to hesitate to drink. I will if i want to, and i think i do! Finally the elevator stops and the door open showing the lobby. We strut out in our little dresses and over to the guys who are standing facing the opposite direction of us. We both wrap our arms around theme and put our hands over their eyes.

"Guess who. . .” i whisper into Matt’s ear.

"The tooth fairy?" he asks jokingly

"No. . .” i say

"An angel?" he asks

"Only when i want to be . . . but no. . .” i say

"Becky!?" he asks knowingly

I uncover his eyes and circle around him giving him a light peck on the lips.

"You guessed right." i say

We stand there while Jacob gives Fina crazy answers like, “Mommy or the devil.'

Finally she gives up and just uncovers his eyes. "You’re no fun. . .” she says

"Sorry . . . you know i love you right!" he says

"Yeah, i know." she says

"So, we were wondering if you guys wanted to go dancing. . .” i say looking at Matt with puppy dog eyes

"We would love to. Let’s go." he says

We walk out of the hotel to see a limo in front of us and they tell us to get in. we shuffle in and they get in behind us. They tell the driver to take us to the club around here and we are off. Shortly after the limo stops and the door opens we get out and go into the club. The first thing we do is go to the bar and get a drink. Im not sure as to what it is but it tastes really good . . . we down them and then goes to dance. 20 drinks and 8 songs later, we all look a little tipsy, and i most defiantly feel it. But does that stop us, no way! We keep downing drinks and dancing our assess off. It’s almost one in the morning before we leave. We are in the limo on our way back to the hotel when at the same time both Matt and i blurt out the same thing.

"I think i wanna marry you." we say

"You do?" i say

"Of course i do!" he says

"Marry Me!?" we both say

"I'd love to!" we say

"To jewelry store!" we both say

We get out of the limo once again to go into a jewelry store and buy rings.  Before going back to the limo and heading to a random chapel . . . in a short amount of time im going to be Mrs. Amaze.  I can’t believe it! It’s going to be great.

We pull to a stop and we all get out this time walking into a chapel. We talk to a lady who leads us into a room where we sit until a preacher comes in and asks if we are ready to start. We both say yes and Fina says no.

I look at her funny.

"Not until i get my hands on a camera." she says

"We have a camera and we will give you a free set of pictures. No worries." the preacher says

"Okay, good with me." she says

"Let’s get this started" i say

 I wait for Matt and Jacob to get to the front of the room before i tell Fina to start walking down the aisle in front of me, when she makes it the front of the room i start prancing down the aisle and almost fall on my ass doing it.

I finally make my way to the front of the room and hold Matts hand. The preacher starts and i shush him before speaking.

"Can we just get to the 'I do' parts!" i say

"Of course. . ." he says

And after that i dont remember anything. . .
